Hi future best friend, I’m Jupiter! I’ve been told I’m a Boxer mix, but honestly I think I’m mostly just… dog? Big, wiggly, slightly slobbery good vibes.I ended up at FDHS as a stray, which is weird, because I definitely feel like I used to belong to somebody. I’m pretty good at this whole “being a Good Boy” thing. I’ve got manners, I like people a whole lot, and I don’t really cause a fuss. So… not sure how I got here, but here I am.I’m super friendly with my caregivers. Like, really friendly. If you sit down, I will probably try to be part of that situation. Personal space is more of a suggestion, right? I’ve also got a goofy side… sometimes I do things and even I’m not sure why I did them, but it makes people laugh, so I consider that a win.Other dogs? Meh. I don’t mind them, don’t need them. I’m kind of doing my own thing. Cats… no clue. I haven't met one here. Could be cool, could be weird. Life is full of mysteries. I guess what I’m saying is… if you want a sweet, slightly dopey, very lovable guy who will hang out with you and occasionally make you laugh just by existing, I’m single and searching.**Neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs 54 lbs**

Henry is a 5yr old neutered male Boxer/ Pit/ Lab mix. He weighs about 50 lbs. Henry was owner surrendered due to an elderly dog in the household not getting along with him. Henry is a great guy. He is rather laid back and just goes with the flow. He loves attention and will be happy to cuddle with you. He knows several commands and walks nicely on a leash. He lived in a home with other dogs and children. He is perfectly house trained and crate trained. He will easily adjust in his forever home. He is great with other dogs and children. He hasn't been tested with cats. He is up to date on shots and wormed. He is already neutered. The adoption fee is $250.00. Laila is a 5yr old spayed female Boxer/ Pitbull mix. Laila came to us as part of a cruelty case. Laila was loved but never received vet care or proper food. She had a terrible flea infestation and was missing a lot of hair. She was also thin and needed wormed. She has now been fully vetted and has put on some much needed weight. For everything she has been through Laila is still a very kind and gentle girl. She eagerly wants to please you and should quickly learn new commands. She has some energy but also calms down nicely. She is good with her food and happily shares toys and treats. She has been through enough and now deserves to live the good life. She seems very well house trained. She is up to date on shots and wormed. She is already spayed. The adoption fee is $200. Meet Pete 👨‍🦳Good ol’ Petey here is an estimated 8 year old mix. He’s an older boy, but he doesn’t let that slow him down (too much). Pete still gets some “zoomies”, or at least his version of it. He’s not the fastest or the strongest boy around, but he still likes to be at least a little active. So long as he gets some space to prance around and some toys to play with, he’s a happy guy.He’s a well mannered boy who tends to keep his kennel clean. As much as he likes to play, he doesn’t tend to chew or be destructive with any of the blankets or dog beds he is given. He’s also a very gentle boy who gets along with everyone he’s met. He can be a little intimidating to other dogs at first, but he gets along with them well. Same with feline friends.Above everything though, Pete is a goofy, loyal snugglebug at heart. His desires are simple: a home to call his own and a person to snuggle up with at the end of the day. If you’re looking to add an older, certified Good Boy into your life, Pete is the perfect fit for you. 🐾
