This good looking guy is Donny!Donny and his buddy Marie (also available!) were found as strays back in April and were never reclaimed by their previous family. Shelter life has not been super fun for Mr. Donny. He craves the peacefulness of a quiet home with a stable routine. He wants nothing more than a couch to snooze on and a human to love on. Speaking of humans, Donny can be a little cautious of new people but is easily won over with a slow approach and some snacks! He would likely prefer a home with a calmer female dog (like Marie!) or as the only animal. We noticed that he is not a fan of small animals. Because he's such a big boy, he tends to be pretty strong on leash! However, he's great in the fenced yard or on a sturdy tie-out. With a little training this guy is going to be perfect! He can be such a gentle giant and in the right home we are sure that side of him will come out more. Need a big blonde hunk of handsome to hang out with? Donny could be your BFF!**Neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention, and weighs about 70 lbs**

Meet Miss Marie!This pretty, wiggly thing has been hanging around our facility since April. She and her buddy Donny (also available) were found romping around together as strays and were never reclaimed by their previous humans. Marie is a total charmer with the sweetest little smile! She's got a very friendly disposition and doesn't seem to know a stranger. She doesn't mind the other shelter dogs and would likely be a great addition to most households. We are confident she'd make a great family member to a home with children too!During the day, Marie keeps a squeaky clean kennel and usually does well over-night. She's got great manners and loves to play with toys in the fenced yard out back. She could use a bit of work on leash but she's a smart girl and eager to learn!Miss Marie is one of the most loving and affectionate pups we have in the building. Truly, a diamond in the rough and is a dog that will make someone an excellent companion. **Spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, up-to-date on vaccines & monthly prevention. Weighs about 65 lbs**

He was brought to us with his five litter mates and their mother (Felicity, also available) in horrific conditions. They had been living in filth and looked like walking skeletons from having been starved.Since coming into our care, Daniel has learned what it's like to be fed regularly, to play with toys and to sleep in a clean bed at night. Most importantly, Daniel has learned what it's like to be loved. This sweet soul deserves so much more than what he was given and we are determined to make sure the rest of his life is a great one.Daniel is still working on building his social skills and can be a little shy with new people. But he warms up quickly and the goofy puppy side of him comes out. Because of his upbringing, he will need some work on potty-training and basic house manners. With some confidence and guidance, this guy is going to be golden!Are you ready to open your home and heart to this guy? You were brought in as an emaciated momma, and your five puppies were brought in the next day. You've been through so much trauma, and yet you've found a safe place here with our loving staff members. Never give up your hope, Felicity! The perfect family is right around the corner and you will have all the food your precious soul deserves! You will never have to raise puppies again, or wonder when your next meal will be. You will never be left out in the rain and mud and will have the warmest, comfiest bed to sleep on every single night. You are safe, Felicity! Behold, the King of the Puppy Dog Eyes! Cooper!Cooper was surrendered to our facility in the beginning of June after his previous owner could no longer care for him. This boy is a chunky, wiggly little ham of a dog! He loves his butt scratches and always has the biggest smile on his face. He's the BEST!So far, we have not noticed any sort of behavioral issues with Cooper and are confident that he'd be a great fit for most families. He's just a happy-go-lucky guy that wants to be friends with anyone and anything. He gets around pretty good but will run into things if you aren’t guiding him! However, this does not get him down! He is a very lively guy who LOVES to roll around in the grass! He also really likes treats and knows "Sit" and "Shake".Murdock needs a home ready to handle his special needs.
