Meet Chris, a Boxer-Lab Mix who is 3 years old and weighs 68 pounds.  Taken in by a good Samaritan, Chris is chipped, neutered and current on all his vaccines.  Additionally he has been treated for heartworm and is doing great!    He likes to run, play and go for long walks. He is leash trained and walks good on a leash. Extremely well behaved and kennel trained, too. Chris is gentle with all. He is good with small dogs and a great playmate with dogs of all sizes.  Chris also likes cats. Such a loving dog who needs a furever home. He is fostered in a private home with other dogs and cats. Arthur is 8yrs old. His birthday is November 5, 2017. He is sweet and affectionate with lots of energy and stubbornness. He likes a small bowl of milk for breakfast, to play with toys, and to go for walks. Toys have to be durable, because he will tear them up. He has been an inside dog and an outside dog. I'm rehoming him, because he was my mom's dog (she passed away recently), but I cannot keep him. He urgently needs a home. He has been well loved.

I initially adopted chocó because he was being attacked by other dogs so I rescued him and cured his wounds. He is such a cuddle bug and very playful, he really lit up the ambiance at our home. He is the pet that gets excited you when you arrive home, and welcomes you like you are the best person in the world. I wish I could keep him, however, we have already received two notice violations by the landlord for having too many pets. He is a very appreciative dog and has a lot of energy

Looking to rehome my dog, Romeo, to the right home. Romeo is a neutered Lab/Husky/Boxer mix, up to date on vaccines, house-trained, healthy aside from occasional food-related bowel irritation, and knows basic commands (sit, stay, lay down, etc.). He’s very intelligent, food-motivated, and highly trainable. He loves people and has done well with children (adult supervision always recommended). After being attacked by a German Shepherd about a year ago, he developed fear-based reactivity toward other dogs. He has begun counter-conditioning and needs someone willing to continue positive reinforcement training. His biggest challenge is separation anxiety. He is under veterinary care and on medication, but due to my work schedule I can no longer provide the consistency he needs. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, and I want him to have the time, patience, and stability he deserves.

The dog was found on the street where we know it had been roaming for at least several days. He was easily approached and accepted pets and got into the car with minimal coaxing. He was unchipped and local vets didn't recognize him, so we brought him home. He is doing great with our two small children and our two large dogs and our cat. He is ready to play with our dogs, but mostly he is calm and sweet. He enjoys exploring the yard with the other dogs, but is really happy to just sit and get pets. He is a very good boy who seems eager to please. We would be tempted to keep him, but we are moving out of state at the end of the week so it is not a good time to take on a third dog.
