Hi! My name is Lilo! I am an adorable 8 month old flashy brindle girl that is ready to find my forever home! Prior to my acceptance in the rescue, I was found in San Antonio after being hit by a car and had a broken leg and jaw. My jaw has been fixed by the nice vets at Texas A&M but I still have the old leg injury which doesn't slow me down at all! I am a goofy, loving, active puppy with all the puppy tendencies! I get the zoomies when I am let out of my crate and after running with my dog brothers and sisters, I enjoy a nice nap on the bed or with the humans on the couch. I am crate trained and am working on house training and progressing well! I live with a 9 year old human kid and I love playing with her! I also live with 3 boxers, a Chiweenie, and 3 cats! They are all of different age ranges and I am great with all of them! I don't typically bother the cats but occasionally I get the courage to chase one of them and play! My most favorite thing is love. After my rough start in life, I have been given another chance by the rescue and just want to be loved! Hi! My name is Ebba! I am a beautiful 8 year old flashy fawn lady! No information is known about my history but I'm looking forward to my forever family now! I am energetic when I am first let out of my crate, but settle quickly. I am house trained, crate trained, and leash trained! I enjoy my evening walks and have been learning house rules and manners while settling nicely into daily routines. My foster home does not have kids so a proper introduction would be needed. I happily follow my foster mom around the house and am a world champion snuggler! I am an avid squirrel chaser and would chase them up the tree if I could, so I need to live in a cat free and small animal free home. Because I have a high prey drive with the squirrels, my foster mom doesn't leave me in the backyard unattended. 11/27/2025 Chloe VII is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Chloe VII! I am an 8 year old fawn girl that is an owner surrender due to one of my owners passing away and life circumstances and substantially downsizing are making my other owner have to find me my forever family. I am described as friendly, smart, calm, affectionate, quiet, and obedient! At birth I inherited a skin condition from my mom in which I lose hair on my sides during the spring and summer but it grows back again in the fall and winter. I currently live with my littermate and 3 dachshunds and we get along fine. I have previously lived with 10 cats and do fine with them as well. I will bark and chase cats or dogs that do not belong on my property but am respectful of other animals if I visit their property. I currently live with two kids (ages 5 and 10 years) and do fine with them. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep on a dog bed. If the humans must be away, I am fine being left alone. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. My owner currently uses kiddie gates instead of crating and I do not jump them. I am scared of thunderstorms and fireworks and want to be near the humans, but some of my favorite things are riding in the car, red lasers or anything I can chase, and playing fetch! My littermate and I work as a team and actually bring the toy back to the humans together! 12/4/2025 Spike II is an owner surrender looking for a new home. Hi! My name is Spike II! I am a handsome 10 year old fawn boy that is an owner surrender due to my owner's health issues and other dogs in the home not getting along with me. I am described as friendly, active, playful, affectionate, and nervous! I do have some arthritis, but don't let that shy you away! I am a proud member of the rescue's Silver Heart program so be sure and ask about it because there are many perks for my adoptive family! I currently live with an English bulldog but it is no longer getting along with me and I get along best with dogs that are non reactive to me. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. There are no children in my home but I have had extended exposure to my owner's 5 year old nephew and do great with him! I am house trained but will need assistance learning crate training manners in my forever home if it is required. At night I sleep on a dog bed on the floor and when the humans are away and I am left alone, I have separation anxiety because I want to be with them. When outside I have good behavior and do not attempt to jump fences/gates or dig. Some of my favorite things are my bed, chasing my laser, food, love, affection, and treats! Looking for a forever home for Roux. She’s a sweet pittbull puppy (about 5 months old). Loves belly rubs and playing tug of war. Work schedule has not been working with having a puppy and she’s left alone for too long. She knows “sit” and “down” but other than that is untrained. She’s been trained on using puppy pads. My sister has two dogs and Roux gets along with them but hasn’t been around a lot of other dogs. Hasn’t been around children so unsure how she would do.

I adopted Maverick from the WILCO Shelter, and while the experience wasn’t the right fit for me, Maverick himself is truly a wonderful dog. He is sweet, loving, and playful, and he forms strong bonds with his people. He is house trained, loves playing fetch, and enjoys cuddling. Maverick does experience anxiety with crating and does best without one. He is dog-reactive and currently pulls on the leash and struggles with consistent command-following, so he would benefit from continued training and an experienced, patient owner. With structure and time, he has great potential. Due to recent personal life changes, I’m finding it difficult to give Maverick the time and attention he deserves. My goal is to find him a loving home where he can receive the consistency, exercise, and affection he needs. He is a very good boy and would thrive with someone who can invest in him.
