Story
Meet Rex! Rex is a smart, affectionate pup who absolutely loves being around people. He’s not a fan of spending time alone in his kennel or room, he’d much rather be by your side, soaking up attention and pets. He’s also house-trained and will let you know when it’s time to go out… just don’t make him wait too long, or you might hear his impressive vocal range the care team jokingly calls it “Mariah Carey high notes”. Rex has a sensitive side and isn't too keen on loud noises like thunderstorms, engine sounds, or power tools. When something startles him, he may react by moving toward it, so he’ll do best in a calm, predictable environment. While he can be a little particular, like hesitating to go into his room, some gentle reassurance and praise usually do the trick. He’s highly treat-motivated and currently enjoys his lickimats and Beggin’ Strips. Sweet, quirky, and full of personality, Rex also has one of the best smiles around. He’s ready to bring joy (and maybe a few high notes) into your life!

Story
Wassail is well on her way to being potty trained and, with a consistent routine, will have it mastered in no time. Wassail absolutely loves toys and is always ready for playtime, especially if it involves a little friendly tug-of-war. She plays beautifully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine playmate, but she could also thrive as an only dog with enough activity and attention. Wassail would do best in an active home ready to keep up with her puppy energy and love for fun.

Story
Mocha is a sweet, cuddly puppy who is still learning the ropes and doing a great job so far. She is crated when her humans are away and overnight. While she may need a little coaxing to go in and might cry briefly, she settles down quickly and does well once inside. She’s beginning to learn leash walking and, even without formal training, will often sit when approached. In the home, Mocha has good manners for a young puppy. Like most teething pups, she enjoys chewing and is provided with appropriate chew toys, though she occasionally can’t resist grabbing a sock, and her foster family is gently working on that. Mocha plays wonderfully with the resident adult dog and loves both playtime and cuddle time. She enjoys chasing and being chased in the yard, then curling up with her dog friend or her humans to relax. While she hasn’t been around children yet, her gentle, friendly nature suggests she’d likely do well with them. She’s great meeting new people and loves cuddling with both humans and dogs. Her favorite activities include chasing balls, playing tug-of-war, chewing on bones, and making the cutest happy, excited little whiny noises. She’s smart, takes direction well, and is eager to learn. Sweet, gentle, energetic, and adaptable, Mocha would thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep her company and help her continue building confidence.
