For the latest updates on the mutts, follow us on Facebook: @muttlifewi Visit our website: Muttlife.org __________ Chico Needs a Foster or Adopter by 1/17/26 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin Chico is currently in a Georgia shelter and must have a foster or adopter to secure his spot on the transport truck to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue. Without a home commitment, he won’t be able to make the trip. Meet Chico Chico’s story is one of heartbreak and unfair circumstances. This 4-year-old mixed-breed boy did nothing wrong and is losing the only home he has ever known due to sudden housing restrictions beyond his family’s control. Chico was surrendered after the landlord in the trailer park where he lived gave residents just three days to remove their dogs or face eviction. Chico’s family loved him deeply and took excellent care of him. They tried everything they could in those three days to keep him, but ultimately had no other option. Despite this traumatic and confusing change, Chico remains a super sweet, calm, and gentle soul. He is an all-around good guy with an easygoing temperament and a loving heart. Chico is the kind of dog who fits right in — quiet, affectionate, and happy just being near his people. Chico is short, stocky, and thick, weighing about 50 pounds, but he does not appear large at all. He is already neutered and heartworm negative, making him ready to settle into a new home right away. He would do well in many types of households and is simply looking for a family who will give him the stability and love he lost through no fault of his own. Age: 4 years Gender: Male Weight: 50 lbs (short and stocky) Breed: Boxer/Bully Mix Spayed/Neutered: Yes Potty Trained: Likely Crate Trained: Likely Leash Manners: Good Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Yes Good with Kids: Likely yes Chico is calm, loving, and incredibly deserving of a soft place to land. He shouldn’t have to lose everything because of circumstances beyond his control. If you can foster or adopt Chico, please apply today: www.muttlife.org Adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter procedure, up to date dewormer, vaccinations, and heartworm prevention (age appropriate). NOTE: THE BREED LISTED FOR EACH DOG IS OUR BEST GUESS WITH THE HELP OF OUR VETERINARIANS. AFTER ALL, THIS IS MUTT LIFE DOG RESCUE.. __________ Review adoption requirements and ensure you meet the necessary criteria to apply! https://www.muttlife.org/adoption-policies _________ ADOPTION PROCESS: 1.) Apply: Fill out adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents. 2.)Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email. 3.)Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: after approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! Story
I still have a lot of growing to do — in size and in personality — and every day I’m learning more about the world and who I’m going to become. Right now I’m curious, wiggly, and soaking up new experiences like a sponge.I won’t be ready to head to my forever home just yet, but once I reach 8 weeks old and am spayed, I’ll be officially adoptable. Until then, my humans are busy discovering all my quirks, favorite things, and the little habits that make me me. Stay tuned… my story is just getting started. 🐶💛 If you are interested in learning more or would like to set up a meet-and-greet please fill out an adoption application on our website: www.hsbcpets.com/adopt

Story
Wassail is well on her way to being potty trained and, with a consistent routine, will have it mastered in no time. Wassail absolutely loves toys and is always ready for playtime, especially if it involves a little friendly tug-of-war. She plays beautifully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine playmate, but she could also thrive as an only dog with enough activity and attention. Wassail would do best in an active home ready to keep up with her puppy energy and love for fun.

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾🥧 Well hello y'all — I’m Moon Pie! 🥧🐾 (2 Years • 70 lbs • Male • Big Goof Energy Included) Yep, Moon Pie — like the sweet treat and like Sheldon’s Meemaw calls him on The Big Bang Theory. Because when you’re this lovable, wiggly, and impossible not to adore, you deserve a name that sounds like a hug. And let me tell you… I am a hug in dog form. I’m a big, lanky, floppy, happy boy with a giant heart and zero shame about belly rubs. I will dramatically roll over, squirm, wiggle, and grin while you rub my belly like it’s my full-time job (spoiler: it is). My foster dad calls me a total goof — and honestly, I take that as a compliment. I’m fully house trained (very proud of this accomplishment) and I’m doggie-door certified. If the door is ever locked, I politely wait like the gentleman I am instead of panicking or causing chaos. On walks, I usually stroll along nicely on a loose leash… unless a squirrel appears, or a potential new friend crosses my path, in which case I briefly but only briefly, forget my professionalism 😅 🐾 Moon Pie’s Fun Facts & Credentials: ✔️ House trained & crate trained (I relax quietly when you leave) ✔️ Uses the dog door like a pro ✔️ Walks well on leash — excitement moments included ✔️ Quiet at home — not much of a barker ✔️ Loves toys and can entertain himself like a one-dog circus ✔️ Knows “sit” and “stay” and takes treats gently ✔️ Super smart, eager to learn, and very trainable I’ve lived with a senior dog and we got along great — though I’ll admit, sometimes I forget not everyone wants to play as much as I do. I’d love a dog buddy who enjoys some playtime or a human who’s happy to help me keep polishing my manners. I really want to be the best boy. Oh — and if you’re into running or biking? Congratulations, you’ve just found your new workout partner. I love keeping pace and cruising alongside you like it’s no big deal. At the end of the day, I’m sweet, affectionate, goofy, active, and full of potential. I’m the kind of dog who brings laughter to your yard, calm to your home, and loyalty to your heart. If you’re looking for a loving, slightly ridiculous, incredibly charming companion with sweetness galore and is Meemaw-level approval… I think we might be a perfect match. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and bring home Moon Pie — the snack-sized name with the full-sized heart. 🖤🤍🥧🐾

Story
Hello… I’m Yukon! I came into this world beside my brothers, and not long after, we were left at a vet clinic when we were only a few hours old. We were so small we fit in the palm of a hand, and we didn’t know what would come next. I’m a Boxer mix, and I’ve been held, fed, and loved from my very first days. Because of that, I’m learning that the world is a safe place — one gentle moment at a time. I’m doing really well now. I’m eating great, growing stronger, and I already know how to use my potty pads. I love soft toys, quiet snuggles, and being close to people. I have a calm, thoughtful way about me. I enjoy: the company of other dogs, cats, and kind, gentle children I didn’t get much control over how my life started… but I get to hope for how it continues. If you’re looking for a puppy who will grow up knowing how precious love is — I would be honored to be yours.   All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match. Story
Hey… I’m Spud! My brothers and I started life together — left at a vet clinic when we were only a few hours old. We were tiny, confused, and needed help fast. Thankfully, we found people who showed us love right away. I’m a Boxer mix, and while I’m small, I’ve got a big, steady heart. I’m doing great now — eating well, growing stronger every day, and learning how this whole “puppy life” thing works.I’m pretty proud that I already use my potty pads, and when I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me hanging out with a soft toy or watching what everyone else is doing. I like my world calm and kind: I enjoy other dogs, Cats are okay with me, and Gentle kids are my favorite. I’ve been loved since the very beginning, and it shows. I’m sweet, thoughtful, and ready for a family who will keep showing me what love looks like. If you’re looking for a puppy who’s easy to love and hard to forget… I’m right here.   All of our animals reside in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their perfect match.
