Story

Meet Rodimus Prime, a handsome 1.5-year-old, 70-pound big boy with a heart of gold and the playful spirit of a puppy! True to his heroic name, Rodimus is full of enthusiasm and ready to roll right into your heart and home.Rodimus is an absolute dream on walks, trotting along super nicely without pulling on the leash. He is highly treat-motivated and already knows how to sit politely whenever a yummy reward is in sight, making him a blast to work with. Since he is still a young guy, his exuberance shines through when it’s play time or when he`s getting leashed and unleashed. He gets so excited to engage with his people that he can be a bit jumpy and mouthy, so he is actively working on learning that human hands aren`t playthings.Because he is a large puppy who is still perfecting his big-dog manners, Rodimus would thrive in a home with older children. He came to us as a stray, so while his history with other animals is unknown, we recommend slow, structured introductions to any prospective dog or cat siblings to set everyone up for success. If you are looking for a loyal, fun-loving partner ready to learn and grow with you, come meet Rodimus Prime today!Rodimus Prime is neutered, microchipped, up to date on core vaccinations (bordetella, distemper, rabies), dewormed, and current on flea/tick preventative. If you have any questions about Rodimus or our adoption process, feel free to reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org. You can also stop by during our open hours to take a look around!

Story

Hay Dude Equine Rescue is a foster-based rescue in Texas. All of our dogs live in foster homes in TX and are transported to their new states once adopted. All adopters must be 21+. Applications can be found at haydudeequine.org. 🐾 Hi, I’m Byrdie! ❤️ I’m Byrdie, a 2-year-old brindle Staffy/Boxer mix, and I have a very important announcement to make: **I am a lover, NOT a fighter!** 🥰 I’m a gorgeous girl with a beautiful brindle coat, but my favorite thing about myself is my heart. I’m super sweet, silly, and absolutely love my people. I can be a little shy when we first meet, but give me a minute and I’ll warm right up. Once I decide you’re my friend, prepare yourself for lots of love! I also really like other dogs and am great with my canine friends. I’m even good with horses, which is pretty impressive if I do say so myself! 🐴 Now, let’s talk about my hobbies. **I LOVE THE WATER!** 💦 And I REALLY, REALLY LOVE CAR RIDES! 🚗💨 Seriously, if you say the words “go for a ride,” I will be ready before you are. I’m pretty sure every car ride is an adventure waiting to happen. My rescue friends found me in the middle of a highway late one night, right in front of the rescue’s gate. I have no idea how I got there or where I came from, but apparently I knew exactly where I needed to be. ❤️ Now I’m hoping my next stop is **my forever home**. I’m looking for someone who wants a sweet, silly, affectionate girl to join them for adventures, car rides, water fun, and plenty of loving. I promise to be your best friend and make you laugh every single day. **I’m Byrdie—and I’m ready to fly straight into your heart.** 🐦❤️

Story

What has four legs, pointy ears and the biggest brown eyes? ME! They call me Keely and I sure took a gamble by coming to the shelter in search of a new life and a family to adopt. Self esteem isn`t one of my strong traits but I`ve working hard on it. I was adopted once and lived a beautiful life but much to the sadness of myself and my humans, it wasn`t meant to be. I`m hoping with who they helped me become and all that I have to offer my new family, I won`t have to wait long. Let`s make our love story one of the best that`s ever been told.
