Story
This sweet oh so friendly lady is Bella B; she is around 2.5 yrs old and 52#. We believe she may be a Boxer mix is our best guess. She had a rough start at life but is still the sweetest thicc girl ever :) She was a shop dog at an auto repair place and was not taken care of very well. This poor girl had numerous litters of puppies and because the shop was on a busy highway well let's just say most of them never survived sadly. The man ended up abandoning her anyway and she was finally brought into rescue and has shown so much gratitude for finally having people who care about her. She has been fully vetted and has gone thru heartworm treatment and is ready to be someone's bestie! She absolutely loves people they are thee best to her and has gotten along great with any of the other dogs in her foster home. She is a smart girl who learns quickly and just wants all the love and attention she had missed out in her young life. If interested in showing this girl how wonderful life can truly be go to SandiPaws.org and submit an online application, ask for Bella BThank you for choosing SandiPaws Rescue. Story
Hey! my name is Swan. 💛I’m about 11 weeks old and 13 pounds, and let’s be very clear about something—I’m just a baby. A tiny, adorable, still-figuring-it-all-out baby with big feelings, a growing personality, and a strong opinion about how life should be lived (spoiler: it involves love, snacks, and naps).I recently made the big trip to Wisconsin, and I’m still getting used to this whole “world is big and new” situation. I take my time, observe everything, and then decide how I feel about it… because again—just a baby.Right now, I live with my foster brother Lewie the Pomeranian. He’s 4 years old, super smart, and apparently thinks he’s responsible for guiding me through life. I let him. Sometimes. We hang out, play, and he shows me the ropes while I continue to remind everyone that I am, in fact, just a baby.I haven’t lived with other dogs or cats, so if my forever home has them, I’ll need slow introductions. Gentle ones. Baby-appropriate ones. Now… crate training. What the… is that about? 😌 I mean, I’ll go in there if I must, because I’m cooperative like that—but my preferred method of rest is very clear: I like to nap on my human or take over a cozy spot on the couch. Preferably with minimal disruption to my comfort, thank you very much.I’m gentle and a bit sensitive, so new things can make me pause and think for a moment before I decide it’s safe. With patience and kindness, I build confidence and start to relax into the world around me. I’m learning all the important puppy skills, and I’m doing my best… which, again, I’m just a baby, so expectations should be appropriately adjusted. What I’m looking for is a calm, loving home that understands my current life stage: baby. Someone patient, kind, and ready to guide me while also appreciating my need for snuggles, comfort, and the occasional dramatic nap situation. If you’re ready for a sweet, slightly sassy, very cuddly baby who will happily claim your couch—and your lap—I might just be your Swan. 🐾💛An online application can be found at SandiPaws.org see ya soonThank you for choosing SandiPaws Rescue. Story
🐾 Sarabi is NOW AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! 🐾 Meet Sarabi — her name means “mirage or illusion” in Swahili… but trust us, this girl is very real — and very special. 💛 Sarabi is a 4-year-old Boxer (mostly, if not all!) with a gorgeous brindle coat and a big, expressive face that always looks like she’s either asking a question or pondering life’s mysteries. She weighs about 70 lbs and somehow believes she’s lap-sized — especially when kids are involved. ✨ Why we love Sarabi: • Dog-friendly with proper introductions • Cat-compatible with slow, respectful intros • Doesn't mind kids and people of all kinds (just a little unaware of her size) • Fully housebroken and crate-trained • Up to date on vaccines and monthly preventatives Sarabi is a low-key, couch-loving girl who prefers lounging over long adventures. Her ideal home doesn’t need to be overly active. She’s happiest stretching out on the couch, rolling around, occasionally falling off, and hopping right back up to do it all again (it’s as funny as it sounds). She’s a strong, robust girl and still polishing her leash manners, something we’re actively working on. She has a sensitive stomach and does best with a slow-feeder bowl. Like many Boxers, she will also benefit from daily joint supplements to support her long-term mobility and comfort. 🧸 Personality quirks (aka part of her charm): Sarabi loves to chew and toss around stuffies, beds, pillows, and clothes — but she doesn’t ingest anything. She just enjoys the drama of it all. She’s not much of a barker and is endlessly entertaining, often acting like the world is brand new to her… maybe it is. 🛁 Grooming needs: Simple and easy: brushing about once a week and the occasional bath. Sarabi is truly an easy keeper, full of love, laughs, and gentle affection. She’s waited long enough for a family to call her own and she’s ready to give her whole heart to the right one. 💛 Adopt Sarabi: 👉 https://linktr.ee/uudogrescue If you’re looking for a sweet, silly, soulful Boxer to complete your home Sarabi just might be your girl.
