Bert is a 3-year-old American Bully with a big head, a beefcake build, and the softest heart to match. Weighing about 50 lbs, this medium-sized guy may look tough, but he’s truly a big sweet baby with zero mean bones in his body. He’s happiest chewing on a Benebone, snoozing on his back (legs in the air like a goof), or cuddling directly on top of his favorite human.Bert is fully house-trained and crate-trained, his kennel is his happy place, and he’ll often go in on his own just to relax or chew a toy. He’s low-energy, easygoing, and perfectly content lounging around the house rather than going on long walks. He gets along well with other dogs and is neutral but curious when meeting dogs outside the home, greeting them with a wagging tail and calm demeanor.He’s an independent guy who doesn’t need another dog in the home and does great when left alone, whether crated or free-roaming, no barking, no whining, just naps. Bert isn’t vocal (except for a single mailman incident) and doesn’t require a fenced yard as long as he’s taken out on leash.Overall, Bert is a happy, gentle, low-maintenance companion who would thrive in a calm home where he can soak up love, snuggles, and plenty of naps. Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.

Meet Pepper & Princess – A Beautiful Boxer Duo 💕 Pepper and her daughter Princess are a bonded pair of Boxers with hearts as big as their smiles. They came into our rescue several months ago after their owner experienced life changes and could no longer care for them. When they arrived, both girls were underweight and had never received proper veterinary care. They were heartworm positive and neither had been spayed. Thanks to the love and dedication of our rescue, Pepper and Princess are now fully up to date on vaccines and have successfully completed heartworm treatment. They’ve come such a long way and are healthier, happier, and ready for their next chapter. Personality-wise, these two are absolute gems. They are incredibly sweet, gentle, and polite — no jumping here! They do wonderfully with other dogs, puppies, and even cats. Their calm, loving nature makes them a joy to be around. Pepper and Princess are crate trained and stay in their crates when left home alone. Their crates are their cozy, safe spaces, and they settle in without any issues. These girls would thrive in a home where they can truly be part of the family — lounging nearby, soaking up love, and enjoying life together. Because of their close bond, it would be a dream come true for them to be adopted together, though the most important thing is finding them a loving, stable home. Buster was found running down the road. We found out that he was adopted from a shelter, but the lady couldn't keep him, so she gave him away and apparently, they didn't want him either. He's a good boy just looking for his forever family. He is 5 months old and gets along with everyone.
