We don’t know much of her history, but she was sad and reserved when she came to us. She is starting to learn to trust, play and build her confidence. She loves other cats! Kitty is 10 years old, Her story began in Chicago. She was adopted by our son and his partner. Our son Joseph and his partner split up a few years ago and our son moved back to California because of a career opportunity. Joseph is transitioning to a sober living home for at least 1 year or more in the bay area. We are trying to help him find a loving home for kitty and make the adoption transition as easy as possible for kitty. She is a beautiful very independent intelligent cat and Just needs a stable loving home. Kitty is an indoor only cat.

**URGENT foster needed in a calm home with no other cats (or maybe another cat if they keep to themselves). Kids and dogs are okay!** This little dilute calico tortie is about 2-3 years old, extremely cute, and extra confident in her boundaries. She loves pets, especially on her chin. But if you get too close to her bottom... talk to the paw. 🐾 We found her on the streets after she had a litter of kittens (single mom energy). When we rescued her, she had a very serious infection in her uterus (pyometria). Thanks to a lifesaving spay surgery, she’s now fully healed and ready to rule a kingdom of her own. Once she decides who her favorite human is, she will claim that lap forever. She is very playful and has a silly chirp to let you know. She may be an ideal cat for a household with kids who will chase her and play with her, but also accept her boundaries. She prefers to be the only cat in the home, but she may warm up to the right cat. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In summary: ✔️ Head pets and chin scratches only (she means it) ✔️ Solo-cat household preferred ✔️ Food and attention enthusiast ✔️ Former street queen, now indoor diva As with all cats at Butterscotch Castle, Aunt Gladys is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), and up to date on her flea meds. Little Foot is a 12-year-old spayed domestic shorthair who has been my beloved companion since she was a kitten. I have been her only owner, and she has filled my life with so much quiet love and comfort. She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and kind-hearted. She loves her wet food, enjoys playful little moments, and absolutely adores cuddling up close. Naps in cozy spots are her specialty, especially near her favorite person. Little Foot would thrive in a calm home, ideally with an older couple or someone without children or other pets, where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. Letting her go is heartbreaking, but my greatest wish is for her to have a peaceful, loving home for her golden years.
