11/20/25: This Egg, sometimes Egglete. She was born early August and was found on the hot hot asphalt at only 2 or 3 days old, eyes not even open yet - she was frying she had blisters on her paws and face! We think it is possible the mother was moving her got scared and dropped her because there is no way she could have gotten were she was on her own, but no mom or other kittens were found nearby. She has had her shots but not spayed yet. She has been around other kitties and some dogs while in her foster home. She is litter box trained about 99%, she is very independent and a little bossy (typical calico!) but minds well! Please let us know if you'd like to meet her!  ##2588528##

Story
Mocha is a beautiful tortie colored, 14 year old cat. We rescued her from an animal shelter shortly before she was going to be euthanized. She was a sweet kitten. For some reason Mocha is not a happy cat anymore. It is apparent that she is unhappy living with us. We have a dog that she has grown up with and she hates him. We have another cat that she is uninterested in befriending. We have a special needs child that does not understand why her cat is so mean. We have tried everything to make her happy. We are looking for a quiet home for Mocha. Someone who is patient and that would enjoy a challenge. We are moving across country soon and are confident that she will not be able to travel far.

Peaches was given to me by my niece who works as a vet tech at an animal hospital. She was going to be euthanized because the owners couldn’t pay the spaying fee. The surgery cost more because Peaches was pregnant. My niece wanted to save her and asked me to adopt her and I did and paid for her surgery. Peaches is a sweet and very playful cat. It’s hard to let her go but my one lone old cat at home that I took in since she was three days old is scared of her (or any cat I tried to bring to my home). I hoped it would work out but my old cat can’t get use to her and have been hiding for 5 months. I hope and pray someone who loves cats can adopt her and provide a good home.
