She found herself to our outdoor colony. Then we found her in our front lawn, attacked by some kind of animal. We rushed her to the vet. She has a huge scar under her fur. You cant see it at all. In her long recovery process, VANESSA FISK learned to adapt to the indoor life (that's why we think she was dumped). So now she is nice and plumb. She's timid, but we believe in a home with a person or family looking for a quite new buddy will make her flourish. While she has spent time in our cattery, she has learned to be social with all the cats. She's even learned to climb to the ceiling ramp. She's looking for a place to just be a couch potato. She was found in a bush alone in Redondo Beach, Ca. SELENA was feisty and so small. She really was made to be a house (queen) kitty . SELENA is now ready for her FUREVER home. Meet SELENA, a cat with a personality as unique as her name. She's a master of hide and seek, often found tucked away in the most unexpected corners. Her mellow nature makes her the perfect companion for quiet evenings, yet her intelligence is evident in the way she cleverly navigates her surroundings. SELENA’s independence allows her to entertain herself, but her goofy side comes out when she's in the mood for play, making you chuckle with her sassy antics. However, don't be fooled, she has a feisty streak and isn't afraid to assert herself when necessary. Adopt SELENA and enrich your life with her multifaceted personality. SELENA does ask for pets. The people are super nice. The trapper TNR’D 6 cats that were all adults. PEPPER and LEO were too small to return. They deserved a chance to be adopted. The neighbors were shooting the cats in the neighborhood. So the man that put her and her family in his bathroom. One of our rescue contacts called us. They went to our foster. KIRA YUKIMURA, her mom NATALIE MARTIN and her 4 siblings (CORA HALE, THEO RAEKEN, LIAM DUNBAR and MALIA TATE) were rescued from the a backyard. Rescue mama was called that the neighbors were not being kind to the little family. So a trapper went out and trapped the family and brought them to our rescue. With all the chaotic rescuing going on in the summer, we were not able to get out kittens into our regular clinic. We were offered a different clinic and we made the appointments. To our dismay 7 of the 18 cats sent to this clinic ended up in the emergency room. KIRA YUKIMURA was one of them. Her incision opened and were were able to save her. Our little KIRA YUKIMURA has been through so much tragedy at such a young age. She deserves a wonderful home that will love her and want to give her a TRUE FUREVER home. She is your typical crazy kitten. She loves to play and play and eat something and then play again. She absolutely loves her wet food. She will need a young cat at home to play with. Pumpkin showed up to my house in October 2023, and he was orange, So I named him Pumpkin. He was shy the first day, but the 2nd day he became trusting and I knew he must of been lost. So I posted him all over, but his owners never came for him. He is great with my older cats and then his buddy showed up a week later (Purry Murray) not sure if they were from the same liter because there was some size difference. But he is healthy, and eats well and uses the litter box 100%. He is approx 6 months old. He has a beautiful marble coat and a dark orange strip that runs all the way down his back. I will be getting fixed on April 23rd. So I will be available to take home soon after that date.

I showed up at this lady's house who takes care of all the other abandoned cats because she leaves food outside. So I ate and stayed awhile. Then she brought me inside, gave me a bath and I became friends with Pumpkin. And been having a blast with him and all the other cats. I got a little Kitty cold, so she was nice enough to take me to the Vet to get medicine. But was too sick to get a shot. I'm all better now and cant wait to find a new loving home with a little less cats. I'm ready to be neutered and get my shots. I would love to have another cat to play with that is still playful like me, to sleep with and the groom with. I'm about 6 months old. I have appointment on April 1st to get fixed so I will need a week to recover.
