Checkers is 2.5 years old. She is very playful and loves a cuddle. When she is done with her pets, she likes to be on her own. She loves playing with ponytails! She is great with other animals. The only thing she hates is the car. I have to rehome Checkers by the end of January because I will be moving into a space with someone that is allergic.

Didi was adopted in early 2019 by a mother and daughter. Shortly after, the mother passed. In October 2025, the daughter passed, leaving behind four cats. She’s a little unsure around men since she’s met very few, but she warms up quickly. Are you interested in switching from being a dog person to a cat person? You should meet Didi! (pronounced DeeDee) She’s an energetic, independent dilute calico who loves to play. One of her favorite games is chasing ping pong balls!DiDi is funny and smart! There’s not a drawer in the house she hasn’t figured out how to open so she can take a nap inside. She’s not much of a cuddler until it’s bedtime. Floppy is a very curious kitten, wishing to discover as much territory as possible. Floppy is a little house mountain lion and has a lovely little jaunty manner of walking. Jumping and carousing, exploring and conquering. Floppy’s best feature is how loving and cuddly she is. She loves to hang out in your lap and cuddle for pets. Their mom was a big supporter of MAA so it's extra special to help her babies find a home.Big White is an 8 yr old male. He has a beautiful white coat. His most unique feature are his eyes. One is yellow and the other blue. He's big cat who loves his humans. He likes to lay on top of you or right next to you. He also loves to give kisses. When he's content his tongue sticks out. He enjoys his cat treats along with canned food.Zoey is a beautiful 4 year old calico. She is a little reserved in the beginning, but once she gets comfortable she will also lay on you or next to you. She likes to roll on her back for short tummy rubs too. She'll give some kisses too and enjoys her treats and canned food also.Both cats are great companions. Will probably do better with older children. Not sure if they've been around dogs but as long as the dog is passive with the proper introductions it should be ok. They are currently working on integrating into their foster home. So other cats should be fine too.
