Cats and kittens are $150 local in Oklahoma and $225 if transported to Colorado. I adopted Emery right before the start of COVID. She was super timid and had dental issues that were cared for in the shelter. Over the years, I’ve adopted more dogs and cats and she had no problems with them until the birth of my kids. We had to move the dogs from sleeping in our room to the living room and she did not like that change. She started urinating on the carpet (though she still uses the litter boxes) and hasn’t stopped since. We’ve taken her to the vet several times, tried different techniques, and the vet determined that it is a behavioral issue due to our dogs.Since we have two kids that are now crawling and walking, we can’t have her peeing on the carpet anymore. We’d love to find her a warm, calm house for her to finish out her years. She is so cuddly and sweet, loves to talk to you, and still gets the zoomies at her age!
