Calico kittens & cats in Edgewater, Colorado

Lollipop or Lolli needs a new home. She can be very loving, she loves to lay on my chest while i’m relaxing in bed. At times i think she thinks she is a dog as she likes hanging out with them, goes for walks with the dogs and follows them around the backyard in the morning. I need to rehome her as im selling my home and relocating to a smaller home, much smaller possibly a van?She is a really nice cat but might take just a little bit to warmup with you.Like most cats they like to figure you out first. She also is beautiful cat, very unique. She is playful and goofy at times. She will talk back when you call her name as if she is saying “what”

Dragonflys family was being fed by some very nice people after 2 adults were abandoned outside, unfixed after the family moved. A nice neighbor was feeding them and working on getting all fixed and homes when the landlord wanted them gone and started trapping (and feared posioning) the cats. Dragonflys Mom disappeared, along with 3 brothers, but she and sister Junebug were kept safe outside. Dragonfly and sister were the only lucky ones to get into fostercare. They initially had to be trapped, and learn people are good, they hadnt had people touches in about a month. Dragonfly is a brave grirl, not used fo human touch, indoors or the finer things in life, she has had a huge learning curve. Dragonfly had to start with a lot of vetting. Which initially made her leary of hands, however she is learning that himans means sweet snuggles, soft pets and scratches and lots of good treats. She loves freeze dried chicken treats and crunchy treats. She is leanlrning to come visit when foster Mom comes home and she can pull to close for a snuggle. Dragonfly has a good purr. She is also learning toys, especially feather teasers, but she sometimes gets overwhelmed in play by the 4 more outgoing ones. Dragonfly would do beat in a quieter, patient home, maybe a friendly cat to show her the ropes. Someone willing to continie to show her humans are good and love her completely! ❤️IMPORTANT: Please do not use autofill when completing our adoption application. Meet beautiful Tajun! ❤️🐾Tajun is a cautious, incredibly intelligent girl who likes to take a little time to observe her surroundings and figure things out. Once she feels comfortable, though, she absolutely loves attention and being petted. She has the softest fur and gorgeous, vibrant markings that make her just as beautiful on the outside as she is sweet on the inside.Tajun is litter box trained and would prefer a home without dogs—they’re just not her thing! This beautiful girl also has one little feature that makes her extra special. When Tajun was rescued, she had already suffered an injury to one of her eyes. We tried to save the eye completely, but unfortunately the damage had already been done. She has since been examined by a veterinarian, who determined that the eye does not need any further treatment and is not causing her discomfort.Tajun still has vision in that eye, although it’s a bit like looking through fog, and the eye may always have a cloudy appearance. Most importantly, it doesn’t slow her down or bother her one bit!To us, it’s simply one of the little quirks that makes Tajun uniquely Tajun. She’s a perfectly wonderful kitty who happens to see the world a tiny bit differently through one beautiful eye. ❤️If you’re looking for a smart, sweet girl who loves affection and deserves a wonderful FUR-ever home, Tajun may be the one you’ve been waiting for! 🐾IMPORTANT: Please do not use autofill when completing our adoption application. Nookie is a sweet and spicy senior gal looking for a quiet home with cozy places to lounge, sunny windows to nap in, and people who will let her be herself. She's a little picky about her people, but if you're lucky enough to be chosen, you'll have a loyal companion who loves chin scratches, ear scritches, and spending time with her favorite humans. She takes a little while to warm up, but once she does, she's all in. One of Nookie's funniest little quirks is that she'll randomly dart away, making adorable little "laughing" sounds as she goes. Who knows what spooks her, or why she does it? It's just part of who she is, and it always gives us a laugh. Nookie would do best as the only cat in the home, or with a calm, independent feline friend who will respect her space and let her do her own thing. She also has some medical needs, and our Cat Care Society staff will be happy to go over them with interested adopters and answer any questions. Meet a Lonely Hearts Club Member!
