I adopted Emery right before the start of COVID. She was super timid and had dental issues that were cared for in the shelter. Over the years, I’ve adopted more dogs and cats and she had no problems with them until the birth of my kids. We had to move the dogs from sleeping in our room to the living room and she did not like that change. She started urinating on the carpet (though she still uses the litter boxes) and hasn’t stopped since. We’ve taken her to the vet several times, tried different techniques, and the vet determined that it is a behavioral issue due to our dogs.Since we have two kids that are now crawling and walking, we can’t have her peeing on the carpet anymore. We’d love to find her a warm, calm house for her to finish out her years. She is so cuddly and sweet, loves to talk to you, and still gets the zoomies at her age! Lucy is a beautiful 9 1/2 week old calico princess we recently rescued and we love her dearly, unfortunately, our daughter has recently developed severe health issues that are being worsened by having baby girl Lucy in the home. Her beautiful unique markings are so special, we fell in love with her before ever meeting her. Lucy is shy at first but warms up quickly when shown she is safe and loved. She loves to play & she is a feisty girl wrapped up in a tiny package. She has been such a joy. We would love to find a loving home that understands all that goes into caring for a 9 week old kitten and keeping her safe. She is a wonderful, sweet girl. She was spayed last week, is microchipped, healthy and up to date on all vaccines for her age. At adoption she will need to be adopted at the Monument Petsmart location.

Luna is currently working on a weight loss journey and receives a daily oral medication along with a monthly injection. With her sweet personality and calm demeanor, Luna is looking for a patient, loving family to give her the quiet, cozy home she deserves.
