Story
Scotty has been my companion for some time now. Scotty is 7 years old and he was originally acquired for my son. I am now moving to a residence where all who are there are very allergic to cats. I am looking for someone who is very caring and has good intentions for him as he is very well attuned. He is a very loving cat who loves being petted and acts like a dog sometimes, lol. He does not need much but will want you to pet him and he will seek your attention when he feels he needs it. He is very independent and can be left alone. He will make a great addition to a loving and kind home. I will miss him dearly.

Story
I adopted Taki when she was 10 weeks old. She is now 6 and a half years old. She has always been a sweet temperament cat. She is great with older kids but isn’t doing well with my very active toddler. It’s a daily struggle of keeping them separated and she scratches him daily despite my best efforts. I’m about to have a third baby and I fear it’s only going to get worse. She does well with strangers. She usually comes out to say hi and get pets. She’s not huge on snuggles but likes to be close by. She sits on the pillow behind you on the couch and sleeps at the end of the bed. She has not been to the vets since her first year but has not had any issues that required one. She does well with our older dog. She grew up with a cat and did great with him but she has not been around another cat since then so I’m unsure how she is. As long as she has her space and can freely come to you she is fine.

These pups are in Denver, Colorado too!

Story
Meet Jimi, a 2 year old energetic and playful orange boy with a big personality! Jimi has a typical goofy "orange cat" purrsonality. He's super friendly, loves socializing, and will happily chat with you throughout the day. He thrives on playtime and is a great companion for anyone looking for loads of entertainment :) He loves to carry around his bff Mr. Mouse. Jimi does well with other cats when given a proper introduction and would likely adjust well to living with a dog. However, he sometimes has a habit of thinking hands are toys, especially when he gets bored. Because of this, he needs an adopter who can provide lots of playtime and reinforce that hands are for petting not for play, by redirecting him to "kicker toys" like Mr. Mouse instead. Due to this playful quirk, Jimi would do best in a home without kids under the age of 13. Jimi recently got a full dental cleaning and exam and a clean bill of health. If you're ready for an active and affectionate cat to keep you company, Jimi is your guy! Jimi is FIV positive, which does not affect his life expectancy or his ability to live with other cats. FIV is not considered special needs. Learn more about FIV: https://www.denverkittens.org/post/fiv-what-is-it

Story
The working cats are those who are not the curl-up-on-the-couch-and-snuggle type. These kitties are brought to us as ferals who are unsocialized. These working cats are healthy, independent felines who help to keep their adopters’ barns and properties free of unwanted pests in exchange for food, shelter, and care. In exchange for food, shelter, and care, they will roam and protect your home and property from unwanted, pesky intruders. If you are interested in adopting a working cat (or a few!), please click below to fill out an application! All of our barn cats are spayed/neutered and up to date on their vaccinations. We like them to be adopted in atleast pairs of two.  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/48731/generic ##2033368##
