Story
Please meet Maggie May!  Maggie May is a beautiful calico sweetheart with the prettiest little face and the most gentle soul. She came to the rescue from a hoarding situation along with her best friend Fig, who has since found his forever home. Maggie May is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. At first, things can feel a little big and overwhelming for Maggie May, but once she feels comfortable her sweet personality truly blossoms. She loves cozy spots, soft blankets, and quiet moments where she can relax and feel safe. One of Maggie May’s favorite things in the world is belly rubs and gentle lower-back scratches — once she trusts you, she absolutely melts into the affection. She’ll reward you with soft purrs, loving glances, and the sweetest cuddles. Maggie May gets along well with other cats and would do best in a calm, patient home where she can continue to grow in confidence and feel loved. This lovely girl just needs someone willing to give her a little time — and in return she’ll give you a lifetime of quiet companionship and love. . Maggie May is now playing in our Brookhaven PetSmart adoption center. Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application for a meet and greet or to adopt:  https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.   Thank you!  (Foster:  Ronnie E.)March 19, 2026, 5:02 am

Story
These two beautiful, sweet girls (Mom and daughter) were living in someone's shed along with 2 other siblings. They were being fed and loved but the people could not afford to get them spayed, so we offered to help. All 4 have now been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea treated, wormed and tested for v feline leukemia and aids ( both negative). The other 2 have been adopted but Coco and Momma Mary are still available and would love to come home with you! If interested, please fill out our application at castawaycatsde.com Thank you!
