These two beautiful, sweet girls (Mom and daughter) were living in someone's shed along with 2 other siblings. They were being fed and loved but the people could not afford to get them spayed, so we offered to help. All 4 have now been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea treated, wormed and tested for v feline leukemia and aids ( both negative). Athena is a beautiful 5-year-old calico cat with the sweetest personality. She is one of the most gentle, loving cats you’ll ever meet. She loves coming up to people for attention, making biscuits, licking your hands, and purring nonstop. Unfortunately, due to an upcoming move, and previous financial struggles, we have to make the heartbreaking decision to find her and our other cat a new home. Athena is wonderful with children of all ages and has lived in a busy household with kids. She also gets along well with other cats, although she tends to prefer having her own space.She can do well with dogs as long as they are calm, respectful, and don’t constantly bother or provoke her. We are looking for a loving, permanent home where Athena will be cherished as part of the family, preferably in the Cape May County area so we can feel confident about where she’s going. Background checks will be performed to ensure the safety of where she is going.We are looking for the BEST home for her!
