These two beautiful, sweet girls (Mom and daughter) were living in someone's shed along with 2 other siblings. They were being fed and loved but the people could not afford to get them spayed, so we offered to help. All 4 have now been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea treated, wormed and tested for v feline leukemia and aids ( both negative). You will see very quickly why that is.  She is a spunky girl who is fearless and could adjust well to most indoor homes. Older children and cat friendly dogs will be considered. She had been alone,  but she instantly bonded to her 2 roommates,  so we want her to have another younger cat or kitten to play with. Sharona is one of our rescue favorites. My mom had Lexi for 2 years and sadly she recently passed away. I have had Lexi ever since, I love her but my other cats do not get along with her. She can be shy, very sweet and sadly she hides most of the day because of them. She doesn’t have any behavior issues, doesn’t scratch furniture or bite, does extremely well with the litter box, etc. She will meow once every now and then but is quiet almost all the time. Shes also great at night time. I would keep her but I’ve seen her much happier in a home without other cats or dogs. Shes around 4 or 5 years old and she does like to eat wet or dry food, she prefers to eat larger meals just twice a day or just to be free fed dry food. She’s not super anxious about eating. She can be very shy at first but she does like affection & doesn’t mind being picked up and will snuggle. Shes great with all humans including children! She enjoys being touched and loved on.

We bought the cat in a flea market and had it for 4 years, she was 6 or 5 months old when we got her so she is 4 years old. We hope to rehome her to a better place, she is very shy with strangers but will become very friendly in some time, she is not good with other cats.

This is Tabatha a young momma.  She came to foster with a single baby. Baby has found her forever home on 9/27/2025.  Now, Tabatha can look for hers.   She’s a bit cautious at first, but when she warms up, she is a love bug.  Tabatha loves her back scratches and plops down and rolls around when she’s  happy.  She still startles at fast-moving people, but she’s learning.   Tabatha loves adventures and is very inquisitive.  She will sit at the window bird watching, too.  She has no interest in the outdoors.  She would love to stay in a warm house and be pampered.    Tabatha gets along with other cats; she has not been introduced to dogs nor to young children.   Tabatha is small and is maybe a year to a year and a half old.  She is spayed and vaccinated, in need of her booster but will be all ready when the right human comes along.  Please submit our no-obligation Adoption Application for a meet and greet or to adopt:  https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/.  Thank you!  (Foster:  Denise P.)January 12, 2026, 3:10 pm
