Hello! My name is Clementine, you can call me Clem I was found outside in Oxford. When I was posted online, it was found out that my family had gotten deported and the person I was left with to care for me was allergic to me and could no longer care for me. Prior to my family I was found outside, so I have spent more of my life on the streets than in a warm and cozy home. It takes me some time to warm up to you, but once I do, I love to sit near you! I can handle being pet and picked up, though I don’t like being handled too often or roughly. I am very respectful of your space, I am not especially chatty and am very glad at using the litter box. I have found that I do not do well in a home with other animals, and prefer to be the center of your attention. I do love to sit on your chest and will purr loudly- I handle being brushed very well, which is good, because I have a lot of fur! I am not sure how I do with children, as I have not been in a setting with them. I really like kibble! I will sit around and eat it all day if you let me, so it is probably best to split feeding times to AM and PM routine which I will pick up on it quickly. If you are considering having a single pet household, will you please consider me? I am a pretty easy girl to please and have a lot of love to give. I’ve been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea and worm treated. I am negative for feline leukemia and aids.

These two beautiful, sweet girls (Mom and daughter) were living in someone's shed along with 2 other siblings. They were being fed and loved but the people could not afford to get them spayed, so we offered to help. All 4 have now been spayed, vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies, flea treated, wormed and tested for v feline leukemia and aids ( both negative). These two came to HAP at separate times, both strays with kittens in tow and both upset at being caged. After a few months of medication and socialization and not much progress, we decided to put the two ladies in a room together, as a last ditch effort. They immediately took to each other and have been inseperatable ever since! Now with each others support and comfort, they two have started to enjoy human attention a little more! Christmas Chili is the more outgoing of the two, she enjoys chirping and booping her human friends, once she gets used to them! Miss Krampus is more on the shy side, though she does enjoy playing with her human friends, as long as they keep their distance! *Christmas Chili and Miss Krampus both adore other cats! We don't recommend they go to a home with dogs or children.
