Story
Meet Penny – your future best friend (and possibly your favorite roommate)! Just like her namesake from The Big Bang Theory, Penny is cute, quirky, and full of personality. Born in May of 2025, this calico girl brings the perfect mix of sass, smarts, and sweetness—what we like to call “full calico attitude.” Penny isn’t just a pretty face—she’s impressively clever, too! She knows her name (try calling “Penny, Penny, Penny!” and watch her come running) and even plays fetch like a pro. Yes, fetch. With a cat. She’s basically the overachiever of the feline world. As a bottle baby, Penny imprinted on humans rather than other cats, and it truly shows—she’s incredibly affectionate, snuggly, and loves being close to her people. She’s playful, funny, and endlessly entertaining, but she also thrives on connection and bonding time. Penny would be perfectly fine on her own, but she would also love to be adopted with one of her littermates (Baghera, Spirit, or Kaiowa) or her best friend, Sakari the foster pup she’s grown up with. If you’re looking for a cat with personality, brains, and a whole lot of charm (plus top-tier cuddles), Penny is ready to steal your heart (and maybe your favorite spot on the couch). Adopt Penny—because life is better with a little sass and a lot of love. Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions.  To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt . This appli cation does not commit you to an adoption. Our adoption fee is $125  for all our cats. They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, have been feline leukemia/ feline aids tested, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped. We will ensure the microchip is registered. If more information is needed regarding the pet email info@streetpaws.org. You must complete the pre-application to obtain approval to meet the pet. Leela is a greedy docile sweetheart. She sleeps a lot but always makes time for pets. She loves her big sister but she would also do great alone. She loves to go outside. I put a harness on her and let her walk in the backyard and she did great. She despises my boy cat, so she deserves a stress-free environment.

Story
Hi, my name is Xander and I’m a 5-year-old polydactyl black kitty with extra toes and an extra-big heart. I first came into the shelter about four years ago s a feral cat. Klassy Kats pulled and fixed me as a barn kitty and adopted me to a very nice lady. Life was good—I became an inside-outside cat and loved nothing more than sleeping in bed with my person. Sadly, when she was in a serious car accident, she had to make the heartbreaking decision to surrender me back to Klassy Kats. When I returned a few months ago, my foster mom gave me a chance to show that I was truly ready to be an indoor cat, and I didn’t let her down. I was a little shy at first, but that didn’t last long—once I settled in, I showed everyone that I’m really a great guy. I love food, toys, and hanging out with my kitty friends (I get along great with other cats!). I’m very undemanding and mostly super chill, though I do get the zoomies now and then—especially when my friends are running around. My extra toes come in handy for batting toys and showing off my playful side. I may be shy for a short moment when meeting new people, but I warm up quickly and then I’m all in. ’m just looking for a new adopter who will give me the stable, loving indoor home I deserve. If you want a laid-back companion with a playful streak and some very special toes, I might be your perfect match. ##1587774##

Story
Hi, I’m an ADORABLE calico and quite the poser — and yes, I absolutely have tortitude. Let’s just say I don’t “join the household”… I take my rightful place in it. I’m sweet with my people — affectionate, charming, and very generous with my attention when I choose to share it. I enjoy being near you, supervising your activities, and reminding you (politely, of course) that I am the main character in this home. Other cats? I can tolerate them… as long as they understand the rules. I’m not mean — I’m just in charge. Think of me as a very fair queen. I allow peaceful coexistence, occasional shared space, and mutual respect. I simply prefer everyone to acknowledge that I am the one running things around here. You could call me Queen Elizabeth, if you like — I won’t correct you. I’ll just expect proper admiration and maybe a sunny throne (windowsills are acceptable, but I may upgrade them). Underneath all that regal confidence, I’m still a young girl who loves affection, comfort, and a good nap after a hard day of ruling. I may be the boss, but I’m a sweet boss — the kind who rewards loyalty with purrs and head bumps. f you’re looking for a graceful little queen with personality, presence, and just the right amount of attitude… I might already be inspecting your home for suitability. ##2714972##
