Story
Nola is one of the sweetest cats ever! This sweet 3-5 year old girl was at a local shelter with her 4 tiny babies. She tested positive for FIV, but the shelter staff couldn't bear to think about this little family not making it out alive. &#226&#128&#139 So, Nola and her 4 kittens joined the AARF adoption center! Her 4 babies have all been adopted, and now Nola is waiting for her turn. She is a very sweet kitty that can sit in your lap and receive love all day long but need she an experienced cat owner who can be patient as she adjusts to a new home. She gets a little overwhelmed during changes. But once she is settled, she will love you forever! She is currently in a foster home and while she is having a great time with her foster family she'd love a real family of her own. Story
Little cat needs new home, no fault of hers Meet Miss Tiny! Tiny who is an adorable quirky, very pretty and delicate, little cat was found a a stray feral kitten in southwest Atlanta.  She was adopted into a wonderful home where she has lived for the last 7 years.  Their lives have now changed with a blended family and a move coming up. Cats do not adjust well to change, especially little delicate ones like Tiny. Tiny is a tortise shell calico and they have unique personalities!  She LOVES her people, sweet kids of the family, and loves to be with them and sleep on the bed, or sit near them.  However, she is shy or can be shy with others.  She loves the QUIET life with you her people!  She is not crazy about too much noise or commotion.  The family is now blended and there are new dogs and couple of new cats.  Regardless of how much owners try, she is going to be left out and will hide. NOT a good life for her and her family wants better.  Sadly and for her benefit the family wants to find her a new home where she can get attention and thrive.   She is fully vetted, FIV and FELV negative, always an inside cat. She is healthy and has always had yearly checkups and vaccines. PLEASE contact AWHAR to meet her and please soon!  She would be great companion for a Senior Citizen!! Very easy cat to have! contact awhar09@gmail.com call 404-520-1060 cell   Thanks for your help!!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 31, 2023, 1:23 pm

Story
Meg is part of a bonded pair of sweet and mature Calico sisters. She was adopted from a shelter at 1 yo and has lived with a senior adult in a quiet home ever since. She's very sweet and affectionate. No behavior or health issues. Age is believed to be about 13. Timid around strangers, would be better in a quiet home without dogs or children.

Story
I came across Snow at Lifeline back in 2019 during national adoption week. She was extremely nervous but very well tempered. She quickly adjusted to her new home and myself in just a few days. She loves to snuggle and she loves being rubbed. A good estimate of Snow's age is roughly 4 years old. I would love Snow's new home to be with someone who adores cats and treats them like their children. Snow is pretty chill. She has her moments where she gets the zoomies and would love to play, but most of the day she is sleeping. She is not one of those cats that jump on top of furniture and knocks things down or gets into things. She will only jump on the couch, and her cat tree. However when she's in a new environment, she will snoop around and scope out the place, but that is typical for any cat. She loves toys, and is not fond of eating anything besides her cat food. I have tried so many treats and found she will only eat the cat "gogurt."

Story
This is Lucy. She and her buddy Linus showed up at our house about 7 years ago and we started feeding them. Because we already have 3 indoor cats, we kept them in our garage. Linus recently passed away, and we’re looking for a new loving family for her. Lucy is very sweet, affectionate, playful, and loves to be cuddled and pet! She had gum disease which we took care of, but is now toothless and requires wet food or soft kibble. She has no current health issues. Because she’s missing teeth, we think it’s best for her to be an indoors-only cat. She is a bit cautious of our indoor cats, but she is highly domesticated and should be fine with other cats given enough time. We think she is about 10 years old.

These pups are in Decatur, Georgia too!

Story
Benny may seem a little shy, but do not be fulled. He has a big heart and a lot of love to offer. He just likes to check out his space and new people first, but the second they take some time to play or cuddle, it is game on. He is a loyal kitty and loves his friends and family fiercely. He does great with the other cats and kittens too.

Story
Badger was abandoned with Mongoose, so we do not know their back history, but we do know about how they blossomed in their foster home. They are quite attached to each other and do really well together and with other cats. Mongoose gains confidence from Badger and began to trust foster mom after watching her interact with her sibling. They are extremely playful and will play much of the day if they can. While they love playing with each other, they are also curious about any other cat they see. These two babies need someone to take them home and are ready, thanks to foster mom, but someone will be extra lucky to have one or both of them. They are a riot, and we love them so much. You will too.
