Penny’s story is anything but ordinary. She first came into our lives as a dedicated mom, sneaking away from her kittens once a day to visit our porch for a quick meal before rushing back to care for her babies. Over the past year, Penny has come to know and trust us, eventually deciding to stick around. When it became clear she was ready for what we believe might be her third litter, we brought her inside to an empty room in our home. Here, she could give birth in a warm, protected, and comfortable environment. The moment she stepped inside, Penny showed us she was meant to be indoors. She immediately got comfortable, used the litter box neatly, and didn't even fuss to go back outside where she had been living for so long. A week later, Penny gave birth to three healthy kittens, and she has been a devoted mother ever since. Her sweet and gentle nature, combined with her resilience in surviving the outdoors and raising her babies, makes her deserving of a loving indoor home. Penny is ready to give and receive love in a forever home where she can be safe and cherished. Penny is estimated to be 2-3 years old. She is fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea-free, dewormed, and combo tested negative. Dinah showed up at the door of a local community cat feeder who lives there one cold December evening—sweet, friendly, and clearly looking for help! With her striking calico coat and soulful green eyes, she’s one of the Prettiest Cats, but it’s her gentle nature and deep affection for people that truly make her shine. She was recently (late July) found limping, and based on a vet visit she had a hair line fracture of her pelvis!  That was it!  We took her off the street and into our program! She is now fully healed and ready for her final home!! So sweet, so calm and just rested until healed.  She is a delight!   She is FIV positive as we just found out.  But she is healthy and will remain healthy if kept in side with reasonable care and food.  NOTE: For this sweet cat, the Rescue will GUARANTEE her health for anyone adopting indefinitely, we will pay any vet bills (don't expect much), and will also have her teeth cleaned when recommended! Her teeth are pearly white and clean! Raven is a sweet and friendly cat! She loves to play and look outside. She appreciate little nibbles on your fingertips when she's being rubbed (I usually let her nibble on my nails lol). She's very alert so leave it up to her to kill any bugs around your home. She's a good emotional support animal, and can bring fun and excitement to your home. She's never intentionally scratched me or got aggressive towards me in any way or towards any guest.
