Meet Alice — the brave little tabico who learned to love again. Alice’s story began in a rural shelter, where she arrived as a tiny 4-week-old stray. Heartbreakingly, her sibling didn’t survive, leaving Alice alone, scared, and unsure of the world. She was so frightened that she hissed and spat at anyone who came near — but underneath that fear was a gentle soul just waiting for a chance. Within just two days in foster care, Alice’s transformation was incredible. Once she realized she was safe and loved, she blossomed into a purring, affectionate kitten who adores human attention. Now, she greets people with curiosity instead of fear and happily soaks up all the pets and cuddles she can get. Alice joined our “Brady Bunch” litter — kittens her age who quickly became her playmates and cuddle buddies. Though not related, she fit right in and learned how to be a carefree kitten again. She’s a beautiful tabico — a lovely mix of calico and brown tabby stripes — with expressive eyes that sometimes make her look a little annoyed (don’t be fooled, she’s just got that “resting cute face” ). Alice is curious and playful, but she’s also on the lower-energy side, perfectly content to lounge on the couch and keep you company while you watch TV. Raised in a foster home with cats and dogs of all ages, Alice has grown into a confident, well-adjusted little cat. She’d do best in a home with gentle, older children who understand how small and special she is. If you’re looking for a loving, resilient kitten who’s equal parts independent and affectionate, Alice is ready to curl up next to you and purr her way right into your heart. Alice is estimated to be about 5 months old as of Dec 2025. She is fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, defleaed. She tested negative for FeLV, FIV, and heartworms. Dinah showed up at the door of a local community cat feeder who lives there one cold December evening—sweet, friendly, and clearly looking for help! With her striking calico coat and soulful green eyes, she’s one of the Prettiest Cats, but it’s her gentle nature and deep affection for people that truly make her shine. She was recently (late July) found limping, and based on a vet visit she had a hair line fracture of her pelvis!  That was it!  We took her off the street and into our program! She is now fully healed and ready for her final home!! So sweet, so calm and just rested until healed.  She is a delight!   She is FIV positive as we just found out.  But she is healthy and will remain healthy if kept in side with reasonable care and food.  NOTE: For this sweet cat, the Rescue will GUARANTEE her health for anyone adopting indefinitely, we will pay any vet bills (don't expect much), and will also have her teeth cleaned when recommended! Her teeth are pearly white and clean! Tobey (originally Gerbil at the Atlanta Humane Society) was adopted as a 6 week old kitten in December of 2019. He is a very cuddly cat to his owners, however, he is territorial over his domain with a history of intimidating guests and our children. This has become difficult as we've started a family with two young kids. While he only has a couple instances of swiping at our kids/guests, he is difficult to trust. He has never bitten anybody. We think Tobey would do well in an adult-only home. We should also note that he is on a special diet, as he had a urinary obstruction in September 2023. We haven't had any issues since and the vet has assured us that future blockages are unlikely as long the prescription food is maintained. We would love for Tobey to find a loving home.

Precious sisters Miri and Miracle, mini panthers are approximately 8 weeks old. They were found a week ago between a very busy highway and automotive store huddled under a van. These sweet babies are incredibly sweet, grateful, playful, loving purr machines. They have had their first vet and negative for FIV/FELV. They are AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ADOPTION ONLY AS A BONDED PAIR.
