Coming from a hoarding situation, she’s still learning to trust people, but one thing is for sure—she absolutely loves other cats! Having feline friends gives her confidence, and she would thrive in a home with a social, friendly kitty to show her the ropes. Though she’s very shy, Friday has a sweet heart and just needs a patient adopter who will give her the time and space to feel safe. If you have a calm home and a kind heart (and maybe a kitty friend waiting), Friday might be the perfect addition to your family. Are you the one to give this shy girl the love and security she deserves? All cats are microchipped, neutered, current on all vaccines, and FeLV/FIV tested at the time of adoption. An application is required to view our adoptable pets. All household members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of your appointment (unless your dog has had prior exposure to cats). A photo ID will be required at the time of adoption. Appointments are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. All applications are considered general. Specific animals are NOT put on hold for adoption. Hi! I'm Samantha! If I look familiar (because who could forget this face), you're right! I have been at the shelter before. I used to be known as Callie several years ago. My best friend, Charlotte (then Buttercup), and I were adopted from the shelter as kittens 4 years ago. A couple of years after that, we were returned when our human got married. We were adopted again pretty quickly after that ... but then they returned us to do other things with their lives. Which I guess didn't include us. So here we are. I am a sweet and playful calico girl. Right now, I am a little on the shy side. (I am really a confident girl at heart, but I am feeling a little confuddled as I get used to being back at the shelter.) I like hanging out in the kitty condo in our cat tree right now—and they've also built me a kind of fort that I love being in. I will come out of my fort and rub against you, looking for attention. We are not high-maintenance girls—I don't know why our humans wouldn't make plans with us in them. We are now waiting for someone who will promise to love us forever. Is that you? We promise not to let you down! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Included in our adoption fee, all of our kitties are vaccinated, FELV / FIV tested, dewormed, microchipped, spayed / neutered, and checked out by a veterinarian.
