Dora is a very sweet girl who is in need of her forever home. She is around 4 years old. She has a heart murmur which has so far not affected her health negatively except that she can't be spayed. For this reason, she needs a home without any intact males and can't be let outside. She's been to see the cardiologist at KNIVES in Fort Wayne, but we can no longer afford to do this. She would be ok being by herself or with other cats. She is used to being around small kids and dogs, but a quieter home would be recommended. Dora is very small for her age and loves to take frequent naps. Only rehoming due to my daughter's medical costs. She is a good kitty. Our other cat Annie is also listed. They can be adopted together or separate.

Jasmine was adopted from Indy Animal Care in 8/23 , age was about 1yr then. Spayed and microchipped prior to adoption. Has had annual check ups and shots since then.The reason for needing a new home is that we acquired a 2nd cat for my adult son about a year later, unfortunately Jasmine has been hostile / aggressive to the other cat, a situation that has not improved. So she definitely need to be in a home with NO other cat. Has not been around dogs. She can be playful but sometimes moody, not wanting to be handled and may scratch. Has not been around children , probably need to be in an adult home due to scratching.Litter box trained, uses a cardboard scratch box, eats "wet" (canned) food due to poor water intake. I have become very attached to Jasmine. She likes to lay on my lap for petting and napping. The other cat is basically a "support" pet for my son, so giving her up is not an option. So Jasmine needs a home where she is free to roam (indoors only) and will be loved.

Meet Pebbles! Pebbles is a young adult brown tabby who was rescued as a tiny 5-week-old street kitten. The kind person who found her even covered her adoption fee, so she’s all set for her new home! She had some tummy issues as a baby but has been doing great on a good diet and probiotics. Pebbles is a curious little supervisor who loves to watch whatever you’re doing — cooking, cleaning, you name it. She also loves bird-watching from the window and playing with other cats, though she’s just as happy to hang back and observe. She’s not super cuddly, but she’ll ask for pets when she’s in the mood.
