Calico kittens & cats in Kingston, New York

She weaves in and out of your legs spinning a tale that could fill a diary. She's a happy girl who runs up to greet you  when you come home. While kittens are oodles of fun, there is a special pleasure in adopting a young cat who still has her youthful energy but whose personality is bit more developed!  Named after the young adult diary book, Go Ask Alice!, this literary cat gave birth to an adorable kitten litter of banned books and now deserves a loving home of her own.  Like the troubled runaway teen in Go Ask Alice!,  this beautiful calico kitty has been on a perilous journey in the outside world, and is now ready to be safe in her forever home.   She's surprisingly playful and a purrfect calico  just needs an experienced household  Young mamas sometimes lose their sense of their own body sometimes, and they get confused by affection. Alice will sometimes put her mouth on you when she's frustrated or when she's over stimulated (she doesn't like her backend petted), which may scare a child or someone not familiar with cat behavior. And we pre-register the microchip which will automatically transfer to you at adoption keeping us as secondary contact. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. Precious is an outside cat who was brought inside after having a litter of kittens. In a short time she has learned to love being brushed and doesn't mind being petted. If you sit near her you can put her in your lap to pet or brush her. She is shy around new people so she'd need some time to adjust in a new home. She is OK with other cats​. No dogs or small children for her at this time.

Smores is a sweet quiet girl who will need a moment or two to warm up to new people. Once comfortable she is very affectionate. She is bonded with her brother Houdini and they will be adopted together.

Maggie is an 9 year old female domestic short haired grey cat.Maggie considers herself one of the cool kids, hanging out in high places and acting like she doesn't need your approval. She likes to play hard-to-get, but once she's decided you are as cool as she is, Maggie is happy to be your friend. She's secretly very desperate for love, and so long as her cool feline friends aren't watching, she'll sneak a pet and a head rub before running off like she doesn't need you after all! Such cat-itude! She loves staring out of windows and climbing cat trees, where she can continue to be as cool as a cat can be. She likes things her own way, and that way is slow and quiet, like any senior person. She would prefer to spend her time staring out of windows, prowling around under furniture, enjoying a fine dish of softened wet food, and napping someplace soft and private. Her attitude is that of a grand lady who has gracefully aged and expects to be treated with the utmost respect and reverence. Jenny is a 2 year old female domestic short haired brown calico tiger.Jenny is delicate little lady who prefers time to herself and to have things exactly her own way. Imagine she is the most exacting and demur of Jane Austin's characters, who writes distantly of her affection towards you. She prefers to while away her days in windows, watching the birds, and climbing to high spaces for long cat naps. You might get the occasional slow blind of affection from across the room, if your manners are up to her high standards, however she mostly prefers other cat companions. Perhaps try inviting her to some tea and make light conversation, and see how it goes from there. Jenny must go to a home with a cat.
