Story
Precious is an outside cat who was brought inside after having a litter of kittens. In a short time she has learned to love being brushed and doesn't mind being petted. If you sit near her you can put her in your lap to pet or brush her. She is shy around new people so she'd need some time to adjust in a new home. She is OK with other cats. No dogs or small children for her at this time.

Story
Meet Georgette, a beautiful calico kitten who looks just like her mother. This sweet girl is a bit more timid than her siblings and prefers affection on her own terms. While she may not enjoy being held, Georgette has her own quiet way of seeking attention and companionship when she feels comfortable. Georgette loves to play and can often be found chasing cat toys or wrestling with her kitten siblings. Her playful spirit shines once she settles in and feels at ease. With patience, understanding, and a loving home, Georgette is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive.  They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc).  Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2680322##

Story
Hi, my name is Polly Pocket, Polly for short, This is me when my foster mom first got me, she said I look like some sort of weird rabbit lol Maybe, but I don’t see it ‍ she called me Polly Pocket because I once fit in the palm of her hand and was only a half a pound at about 7 weeks old. I had several brothers and sisters and we were all in a box together. Some lady my foster mom didn’t know took the box of my brothers and sisters and let me loose in the warehouse because she said I was ugly! She wasn’t very nice, I was scared and really missed my brothers and sisters but then my new foster mom caught me! I did try and bite her at first, but I was scared! She was so nice though and held me tight and told me how pretty she thought I was, so it wasn’t long before I loved her and she gave me lots of kisses. She took me to see the doctor and the doctor gave a quick look and told her that I didn’t have any eyelids, but that’s what gave me my unusual beauty. I was also kind of sick, I have trouble breathing and snort (foster mom thinks it’s cute) it has taken a while for me to grow in size, she had me with younger kittens but they started to grow and I didn’t …. So she moved me again because she didn’t want me to get hurt when we played to rough lol I told her I could take care of myself!  So she found me the purrfect playmate, a huge boy named Swat! He swats everyone but me, he takes care of me.  But everyone thinks its time for me to find a loving home so I can know more of the world than Swat. Story
Meet Daisy! This beautiful eight-month-old calico is a quiet, gentle soul looking for a calm and understanding furever home. She came to us with her mom, Charlie, after being surrendered by a Good Samaritan in Ansonia, CT when they were found as strays. Daisy has a sweet and easygoing personality, but she is a very shy girl who prefers a peaceful environment where she can settle in at her own pace. She enjoys doing her own thing and is happiest with people who respect her independent nature and give her the patience and space she needs to feel comfortable. While she may not be the type to demand constant attention, she has a soft, calming presence that makes her such a special companion. She gets along well with other cats and would love to be adopted with her mom, Charlie, or into a home with another friendly kitty to help her feel secure. Daisy has been around children, but due to her shy nature, a quieter home would be the best fit for her. With time, patience, and love, Daisy is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion for someone willing to let her shine in her own way. Her adoption fee is $275, and Daisy is vaccinated, FIV/FELV negative, microchipped, and spayed. Story
Spotted her on my back deck July 2023.Uploaded to pawboost.com without a result to this day (no luck getting help from the local shelter either)Had two choices: 1. Having a starving/sick animal living under my deck (eventually freezing to death in coming months). 2. Take her in at least for the time being.# Never climbed, or touched my screen door, since day one it appeared on my deck# Never jumps on the counter or the tables# Gentle, quiet and timid - exact opposite of high-energy, mischievous pet videos you may find on the internet

Story
My name is Natalie, and at just under a year old, I am officially in my “young, fabulous, and ready to be adored” era. I’m on the lookout for a home that needs a stunning feline to lounge gracefully in the window — you know, the kind that makes the neighbors slow down just to admire me. I fully intend to be the cat that makes the whole world a little jealous. But beauty isn’t my only talent. I absolutely love attention. I’m the kind of girl who will happily soak up your affection, lean into your pets, and remind you daily that you made the best decision bringing me home. Whether I’m perched elegantly in a sunny spot, keeping you company while you unwind, or following you around just to be near you, I’m ready to be your sweet, devoted companion. If you’ve been searching for that perfect mix of charm, grace, and affectionate personality — I just might be your girl. For more information about adopting Natalie, please email ccrtennessee@gmail.com I can’t wait to find my forever window… I mean, home. March 7, 2026, 12:24 pm
