Teresa was taken into our home about 1 year ago. She was placed in 2 other homes previously, the original owner had to move and her apartment only allowed 1 cat instead of 3. So we took Teresa in and she was took some time to warm up to us and our cat Walter & Ellie. Teresa is very playful, energetic and loves to fetch her toy mouse and she’s very vocal when she’s hungry. She also prefers to have her litter box very clean. She’s a cutie but she does well with our male cat and not our other female cat. She wasn’t able to warm up to our other cat Ellie and occasionally tries to attack her when she’s around her. Teresa can be territorial and doesn’t like our Ellie. She’s also not a lap cat but she will stay by your feet or your chest when you’re fast asleep.

Intake type: Surrender DOB: 02/24/2026 Breed: Domestic short hair Gender: Female I am up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. I will be spayed once I am of age/weight. I am not quite old enough to go home yet but I will be once I am 8 weeks old, so I am getting very close (and my shelter family says I am worth the wait)! My friends describe me as: playful, sweet My energy level: medium Home with children: Yes Home with cats: Yes Home with dogs: Yes, I'm just a baby and will adjust to a home with dogs in no time! Litter trained: Yes **Please note: Animals who are not yet spayed/ neutered will be sent to their adoptive homes on Foster to Adopt, and will be required to return to our facility for all medical needs (vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter, etc). Depending on the animals needs this could be anywhere between 1 - 4 return visits to the shelter. Once the animal has been fixed, their adoption would then be finalized and the adoptive family would take them to their personal vet from there on out. Please take this into consideration prior to submitting an adoption application.**

This is Maggie. Her owners had to move into an assisted living home and now she needs a good home. She is 10-yrs old and litter-box trained. She is very affectionate, a talker and loves to be petted and cuddled. She also likes to play with toys. Maggie has beautiful markings with one white paw, white tuxedo chest and half her chin is white. She is a great companion. She has a sister Aggie, (also listed) and they need to stay together please.

I need to rehome my 2 females kitties. Didi and Kitty. They both are 11 years old. I adopted them 4 years ago in Cooperstown NY SPCA. I have lung/heart issues and unfortunately I have developed allergies to them. Its making my breathing more difficult. Didi and Kitty are very quiet, shy at first. They are very loving and friendly. They get along with my dogs just fine. They are indoor cats. They both would prefer a quieter home. They do not need to stay together. They would be skittish around younger children.

Penny Lane is a wonderful rescued cat from a cat café in Orlando Florida. INDOOR ONLY She was adopted as a baby. She had been picked up off the streets of Orlando, and we adopted her with just a few months old the first day she was brought in to the rescue. She is negative FeLV and FIV. She tolerated my dog, but when we rescued other cats, she started to retreat. She does not get along with other cats. She tolerates a dog a best fit home for her would be where she can bond with one or two adult adults and live a peaceful life with no other cats in the home and maybe only one calm dog. I would love to stay in touch with whoever adopts her. We love her very much yet we have two dogs and three cats currently and she’s not living her best life with the chaos of all the other animals. In addition She is a beautiful colored calico and she mainly keeps to herself, but she will come and sit with one adult when the house is calm and quiet. She is playful, yet quiet does not make a lot of noise.
