Story
What's that rumble? Oh, it's Bumble! This playful boy loves to chase his ball around and be a wild cat. A rough and rowdy player, Bumble would do well with the company of another young and playful cat (for him to stalk and surprise!) or oppositely, an old, relaxed cat who won't mind his antics. Two years old and full of beans, he can't be picked up, needs his own space and will tell you, "No thank you" but far less politely. However, if you want to drag a string or feather around or throw his ball than he'll happily spend all day with you. Bumble is neutered and current on all shots, ready for his new home. If you've got room in your heart for an energetic wild-man who plays by his own rules and requires you follow them too, then take a chance on Bumble and make your appointment to meet him today. He is not the biggest fan of other cats, and does not like dogs, but he loves the attention he gets from people. Bumble is a 2-year-old neutered male For more information on Bumble, call AWS at 860-354-1350 email animalwelfare.socty@snet.net or visit our website aws-shelter.org for an application Adoption Fees for Senior cats (8yrs and up) is $50 Adult Cats $200 and Kittens under a year $250.

Gazpacho is an adorable, soft, and sensitive man with big eyes and a big heart. He has a fuzzy, grumpy face on the outside, but a gentle and compassionate personality on the inside. He may need to be shown some extra compassion and patience to begin with, but once trust is established he looks forward greatly to your companionship and will climb in your lap to receive affection. He loves head rubs and when you speak to him in a loving voice. He has shown a more reserved nature in shelter, but in the comfort of your warm home, is likely to blossom into his true self and display all of his charms and preferences once he has settled in. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Frodo is a male domestic short haired brown tabby.Frodo is a shy and sensitive guy with an irresistibly cute face and a quirky personality all his own. Once he gets to know you, you'll discover a deeply affectionate and loyal companion hiding beneath that timid exterior. Frodo loves to explore new spaces at his own pace, often retreating to cozy nooks or under the couch when he needs some introvert time (we've all been there). When his social battery is fully charged, he will greet you with soft meows and gentle purrs to let you know he's happy you're here (and ready for dinner!). He's especially fond of chin, cheek, and ear scratches - just reach gently under his chin, and you'll feel him lean into your hand, purring in appreciation. Food is definitely the way to his heart, and treats are a wonderful way to earn his trust. Frodo would thrive in a calm, understanding home that gives him time to settle in and form a strong bond. Once he feels secure, his loving nature and quiet devotion shine through, making him a truly special companion. Frodo would do well in a home with other cats, and possibly with older, respectful children. We do not know at this time how he would do with a dog in the home. He does need to go a calm, low-energy home to be comfortable. To apply for this pet on Adopets, click the Adopt Me button below their profile picture.
