Gato is good with children and other cats. He is playful, affectionate and has a wonderful personality that will make you laugh. He enjoys being petted on the head and spending time with people. He is litter box trained and eats only once a day. Gato is not being rehomed because of behavioral problems. His owner, catherine, has relocated unfortunately cannot take him with her. I was surrendered to Castaway Critters after my Mom passed away. I was surrendered with 4 of my roomies - we were living in a bit of a hoarding situation. I am friendly with other cats and dogs. I would prefer they not be too in my space, but I can definitely co-habitat. I also like children! I love to eat my dry food, and enjoy wet food every now and then. I use my litter box like a champ, also! The wand toy is my favorite! Sometimes, if you get my attention and talk to me - I will chirp back to you! I like to get lots of pets and love, I will headbutt you like a baby goat! I am spayed, vaccinated against rabies and distemper, microchipped and negative for FeLV. Petunia was found on the streets with her sister. She is confident, playful, sweet, loves to play fetch, catch, really enjoys belly rubs and a nice warm lap to nap on. She is also a little chatter box and will have a conversation with you. She tends to talk whenever someone sneezes too. She is also a goof, if she is laying on your lap or legs you must be prepared to catch her because when she rolls over for a belly rub she doesn't realize she may fall off of you. Shayman was born in 2016, she is 7 years old. Shayman has a lot of life and love to share with you. Shayman is "ready to go." We had had Arya and her brother archer since they were babies. They are both loving cats but one of them is peeing in my house since we got our new puppy. They have lived with two other dogs who didn’t bother them and did fine but the new dog wants to play and the peeing started after that. We can’t keep them.
