Story
Hello, I'm looking to rehome a young cat named Lavender for $30. Unfortunately, my friend can no longer take her back and as a pregnant woman, I won’t be able to care for her properly. She gets along with my other cat and pitbull, but is afraid of going outside without being sprayed first. She likes hiding out in closets or dark spaces during alone time. Please help me find her a new home! Shelter will be our last resort by end of this week.

Story
Adopted Stella 6 years ago from Austin Pets Alive ( 8 weeks old at time of adoption). She was adopted along side another cat and they have lived together since. She has recently become aggressive toward the other cat in our home. She does have a fear of men and children. Would do better in a single pet household. Loves butt scratches but also gets over stimulated most of the time.

Story
Dash is a love bug. He craves attention and likes to be around his humans. He will really benefit from someone who is able to work from home or who has kids at home. He enjoys all of his toys and loves to play with you. Dash is a rare gem - a kitten who will even come up to you with his little arms out - asking to be picked up! He's a loving boy who will greet his people with cheek rubs. Dash is 10 weeks old. Has a microchip and is fully up to date on vaccinations. Is also neutered.

Story
Izzy is a grown-up girl, with striking calico colors and green-gold  eyes.  And   she’s polydactyl, which means she has a an “extra” toe.   Polydactyl cats  are considered special  kitties,  and she is special in many ways. She is s hy at first with new people and places,  b ut  with  every day that she  gets  to know you,  Izzy warms up   and becomes friendly and approachable.   Her sweet personality eventually  blossoms. She shows her  excitement by grazing  your  leg and approaching for play. She loves humans who act silly with her, getting down on the floor at her level for a loving, creative and playful connection. Once she has gained confidence, she is up for anything, pets, playing, cuddles, brushing her beautiful coat of many colors. She  has   a  fairly low energy l evel   and   is  well - mannere d . She prefers to lounge around and hangou t with her people but does enjoy a romp with her favorite string and catnip toys .  Izzy is a gentle  soul and thrives in  a quieter environment where she can share the love and affection  of her humans . Loud  noise ,  lots of activity ,  and strangers make her nervous and shy and she tends to hide under her blanket.  S he likes adults and older children that can play  at her level  and understand her gentle nature. She prefers humans over other animals and  in particular does not care for dogs. She needs to have a very clean litter box that is “just for her” and away from too much commotion.    Izzy would love to be   the  quiet  queen of  your   home.  She is a great companion and easy to get along with, doesn’t meow much, is patient about food and feeding. If you are looking for a sweetly charming and regal kitty, Izzy could be  your girl ! April 9, 2024, 11:18 pm

Story
Peach and Tamara are the two sweetest cats you’ll ever meet! They were adopted in 2018 and became the best of friends. They are a bonded pair and we would like to see them go to a loving home together. They are very sweet and affectionate but have their own unique personalities. Peach is very vocal and enjoys being the center of attention and Tamara is more timid but also loves to curl up on the couch next to you or on your lap. They are low maintenance and have had no health issues since being adopted. Exact ages are not known but Tamara is estimated to be 7 years old and Peach would be 8 years old. We love them very much but due to life changes, we are unable to keep them and feel that they would be happier with a family or a couple who could spend more time with them.

Story
A year ago, we adopted Mona Lisa to keep our solo cat company. Mona Lisa is a very talkative, playful girl. She loves feathers on string and laser pointers. She gets along great with other cats, always goes in for a cuddle and loves licking her pal's face. Mona Lisa has a cute habit of sticking her tongue out of her mouth. She is a god cat that deserves a lot of quality time, but sadly my allergies react to her too aggressively. I think in the right home she will adjust quickly, especially if you give her treats! The pictures don't show it well, but she has a long fluffy tail, and her eyes match her fur :)
