Story
Meet Molly a 3-year-old petite cat who adores affection and exploring her surroundings. Despite having FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), Molly remains vibrant and healthy, showing no signs of illness. FIV, transmitted primarily through deep bites, hasn't slowed Molly down one bit. She's a social butterfly who thrives on attention and can happily coexist with FIV-negative cats. With her spirited personality and resilient health, Molly proves that FIV-positive cats can lead fulfilling lives alongside their feline friends. Her happy squeak meows make her the purrrfect companion at home If you are interested in adopting from the City of Georgetown Animal Shelter, please fill out an application at https://records.georgetown.org/Forms/AdoptApp . Approved applicants will be contacted to schedule an appointment to meet available dogs and cats. Please contact the shelter with any additional questions The application/screening process for potential adopters usually takes about 24 hours except when it falls over a weekend or holiday, and then it may take two or three days. We ask that potential adopters please be patient with us; we are only trying our best to ensure that the homeless pets in our care get the best possible home. All cats and dogs adopted from our shelter are spayed or neutered (as Texas law mandates). Our adoption fee is currently $70 for non-residents and $75 for residents*. The adoption fee includes: spaying/neutering vaccinations (appropriate to species and age) heartworm or feline leukemia test (appropriate to species and age) de-worming medication microchip (a tiny ID tag inserted under the skin, which allows your pet to be returned to you quickly) There is a $5 Pet License fee added to the adoption fee if the adopter lives inside the City Limits of Georgetown. Story
Meet Kemah! This sweet 8-year-old calico is looking for a calm, loving home where she can truly thrive. She was adopted as a kitten from Austin Animal Center and has been a beloved companion ever since. Kemah is an affectionate girl who loves being petted, especially around her neck, and she enjoys playful sessions with toys. When it's time to wind down, she can be found soaking up the sun or curling up at the foot of the bed. She is an indoor-only cat and has no health issues. If you're looking for a gentle, low-maintenance feline friend who enjoys a peaceful environment, Kemah could be the perfect companion for you. She’s ready to find a new home.

Story
Ballerina is a 4 y/o calico. I adopted her last year from an acquaintance's mother who could no longer take care of her. The reason I'm rehoming her is because she doesn't get along well with my senior cat. She's fine with the younger one. She doesn't mind my young kids either! We are moving at the beginning of June, so we'd like her to have a new home by then. She is sugar sweet and loves attention. She'll catch any bugs in the house, too! If she wants you to continue petting her, she'll reach out and grab your hand with her paws and pull you back! I think she's would be happy as an only cat or with younger/ healthier friends (my senior is a bit sickly/ weak). Please DM me for serious inquiries!

Story
Meet Fauna, a beautiful and shy long-haired calico who came to Austin Siamese Rescue with her mom, Willow, and two sisters, Flora and Fern. She takes time to warm up and is still learning people socialization skills but we know that her true nature is waiting to shine through with some patience, time and lots of love! Fauna would thrive in a calm and patient home, where her adopter is committed to following a gentle introduction process and give her the space she needs to adjust. It will take her some time to fully settle in and feel comfortable, but with consistency, she will grow into a loyal companion.Fauna will need an experienced cat owner who is fully committed to continuing Fauna's socialization. Please reach out to Fauna's foster, Jesse, with any questions at jesseblack713@gmail.com ##2303572##

With her striking calico coat, bright green eyes that practically glow, and a unique heart-shaped marking on her side, Corazon (or Cora for short) is as lovely on the outside as she is within. Hear ye, hear ye! I’m William, your royal Prince Kitty, dressed in my finest orange and white fur. I’ve traveled a bumpy road, but thanks to some major TLC and the love of my amazing foster, I’m healing like the brave little knight I am! I will need some continued medical care, and there’s a good chance I’ll be blind (or at least partially), but don’t worry — my heart sees all the love you have to give. I’m super sweet, vocal, and absolutely adored by staff and volunteers — they even call me an “Angel”! My dream? A cozy castle filled with snuggles, gentle pets, and hoomans who’ll love and care for me. Could you be my angel and make my fairytale ending come true? The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). Meow there, I’m Tiffi—the thoughtful and observant half of a bonded duo with my brother Coco! We’re 11-year-old siblings with gloriously soft coats and a whole lot of kitty wisdom to share. Think of us as the purr-fect hangout and chill buddies—we’ve mastered the art of napping, loafing, and lounging in cozy beds. I can be a bit shy at first, but once I’m comfy, I’ll happily accept your love and attention (on my terms, of course). Coco’s the greeter of the two, always ready with a head bump and purr. We’ve spent our whole lives together, and we’re hoping to spend our golden years in a loving home—with you!The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events).
