This beautiful calico has traveled farther than most cats ever will—making her journey from Doha, Qatar, to the United States after being rescued during the regional bombings. Through it all, she's remained healthy, resilient, and incredibly well cared for.Like many calicos, Paprika is intelligent, independent, and deeply loyal to the people she trusts. She enjoys human companionship and will happily spend time with her favorite person, but she also appreciates having her personal space. She can become overstimulated with too much petting, so she's looking for someone who understands feline body language and will let the relationship develop at her pace.Paprika would thrive as the only pet in a quiet home and would do best without young children. Jesse is a wonderfully loving adult cat who, from a life spent on the streets, is in need of some dental work. All this means is that he has an excuse to be spoiled with a lifetime of wet food which we honestly believe he deserves anyways due to his being a certified Good Boy.
