Hes a sweet&#44 affectionate boy who loves leaning in for cuddles and sitting at your feet once he has a moment to settle in. While the shelter environment can make him a little nervous-especially around loud sounds or sudden movements-Eugene blossoms with gentle handling and calm reassurance. He walks well on leash with a bit of encouragement and has enjoyed playful&#44 positive time in dog playgroup&#44 often gaining confidence from being around other dogs. In the play yard&#44 hes all about love-hopping up for hugs&#44 giving kisses&#44 and quietly soaking up attention. Likely house-trained and very people-focused&#44 Eugene is ready for a home where he can feel safe&#44 loved&#44 and free to show his soft&#44 goofy side.

Berkeley is a 7 year old Cane Corso mix. She has been with us for way too long. Due to an injury to her eye she needs to be an only pet. She is good with kids and people, knows general obedience, and thrives with structure. She loves to play and have zoomies even in her older age. She loves to go on walks or just cuddle at your feet with a good bone. Berkeley is house trained, and crate trained. She has done well in a structured foster home with expectations and accountability.

She is going to be a big girl and Corsos are very intelligent and need a strong leadership and consistency. Best dogs on the planet if taken care of properly. Age:  12 weeks Weight:  30 lbs Temperament: Gets along with other dogs, sturdy kids, all adults, not cat tested Training: Housetrained,  crate-trained, has basic training Vetting: Spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm testing at 6 months Email for questions:     loramyers51@yahoo.com To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review.
