Story
Joja was our adult son’s dog and he returned to Chicago permanently for work and could not find housing that accepted her size. At that point he gave her to us to care for until we could rehome her. She’ll be 3 years old coming June 30th and is a playful,powerful young lady so she will benefit from someone who understands importance of consistency in training. Once she has a good little playtime with balls or toys she settles in calmly to relax through the day and does not get into home items at all. She really enjoys dog parks and running with other dogs of all sizes.

Story
This is Dolce, our sweet Cane Corso friend at City of Raytown Animal Services! She's only 10 months old, already weighs about 80 pounds, and we expect her to fill out a lot more. She likes other dogs, doesn't seem to mind cats, has been great with kiddos, and really loves people in general. She's very calm and knows sit, shake, and down. Dolce also walks like a dream on a leash, which is pretty darned important for a girl her size! If you'd like to meet Dolce, stop by the shelter at 10312 E. 63rd St., Raytown, MO, during regular business hours, or call the shelter at 816-737-7025.
