Story
Ash was found wandering behind someone's yard and looking for someone to take care of her. She was brought in by our Animal Services Deputies, and we all fell in love right away. Ash is a spunky puppy with lots of attitude. We have been working on her potty training, socialization and learning to play with toys. Ash enjoys all the attention she can get and is quite the ham! This little girl can really put away some food and treats but burns it off quickly with all the energy she has playing tug of war with you. She loves to be in your business and demands your attention, but who can ignore this cute little face. (Actually, if you ignore her, she will probably pee or tear up her potty pad...puppies am I right?) If you are ready for a puppy that clearly runs on energizer batteries, Ash is your lady. Ash needs someone who can have a great balance of playing AND continuing to teach her the basics of manners, which will ensure that she grows into the best dog she can possibly be!

If you are interested in meeting me, please fill out the application at www.woodscreekrescue.com. Filling out the application is not a commitment to an adoption and needs to be done prior to any further questions you might have or information you are seeking. Our Process is the following: 1. Fill out an application 2. Once the application is approved, you will be called or emailed about setting up a day and time to meet me. 3. After a 'Meet and Greet' then a decision for both the rescue and you will determine if this is a good match. After this is determined, we will schedule a home check which can be the day of adoption depending on how things go.

Story
Meet Petunia, the 3 year old Bull Terrier/Cane Corso mix whose infectious happiness lights up every room. This spirited canine is looking for her forever home and is overjoyed to be surrounded by her loving foster family. Petunia's perpetual joy is most evident when she sees her family, her tail wagging with boundless enthusiasm. One remarkable aspect of Petunia's story is her remarkable compatibility with other dogs. She effortlessly forges friendships with fellow canines, creating a harmonious atmosphere wherever she goes. Not just limited to her furry companions, Petunia is a natural around children of all ages, displaying a gentle and playful demeanor that makes her an ideal family pet. Despite a challenging start in life, Petunia's indomitable spirit shines through. Discovered in a field as a stray, she bore the scars of past hardships - two dislocated hips and a shattered left back ankle. Remarkably, these injuries had already healed, and Petunia now navigates her world with grace. Although surgery is deemed too risky, her resilience allows her to walk and even run, proving that love and care can overcome adversity. Beyond her physical strength, Petunia is a model of good behavior. House trained and affectionate, she revels in pets, cuddles, and the pure bliss of tummy rubs. Petunia's journey from a field to a loving home is a testament to her resilience, and she serves as an inspiration to all who cross her path. She is house trained, microchipped, fully vaccinated, & spayed. She is being fostered in Seguin, TX and is ready for her new home. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link.
