Hi, I'm Shai! I'm 100 pounds of good boy looking for a forever home experienced with large breeds and time to dedicate to my daily exercise needs. I'm a big, sweet lug who would love to go everywhere with you! Trip to the beach? I'm in! Camping? You bet! I have a medical release about my skin at the shelter. I am about 3.5 years old. ** Here is what a volunteer says about me:"While visiting the front office during my shift he was a perfect gentleman and an absolute sweetheart. He loved getting all the pets and hugs from staff and volunteer." **Do you like other dogs? I am not comfortable around other dogs and would need to be the only dog in the home.What do you think about cats? I have an unknown history and staff do not know how I'd do living with a cat. Due to my size, you'd need to be prepared to manage our interactions very closely and provide a safe space for the kitty to hang out without me.So how do you feel about kids? I can be sensitive about my space and jumpy at times when excited. I am looking for a home with older kiddos (12+). Please bring any kids I'd be spending lots of time with to make sure we're a good fit.I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. Sadie will need a forever home with lots of love and patience as she is very skittish to sounds and lots of movement (she often run and hides).Sadie is now looking for her forever home where she can share her boundless affection and loyalty.
