If you are interested in meeting me, please fill out the application at www.woodscreekrescue.com. Filling out the application is not a commitment to an adoption and needs to be done prior to any further questions you might have or information you are seeking. Our Process is the following: 1. Fill out an application 2. Once the application is approved, you will be called or emailed about setting up a day and time to meet me. 3. After a 'Meet and Greet' then a decision for both the rescue and you will determine if this is a good match. After this is determined, we will schedule a home check which can be the day of adoption depending on how things go.

Story
He is a fixed, 90lb, 1.5 year old Red Cane Corso/GSD mix. Friendly to all people, though with his size I would NOT recommend him to a household with small children. He is cat and other-small-animal friendly. He needs more leash training. He is leash reactive: barks at humans because he wants pets (he gets really excited)! Barks at dogs. Due to his size we have not tested him with other dogs. He is FULLY kennel trained and potty trained but will sometimes excited-pee. He would come with his kennel, his toys, leash, collar, food bowls, harness and all of his remaining food. The kids who owned him before us did not socialize him with people or other animals and kept him in an apartment all the time. We have made significant progress with a lot of training, socializing, and exposure. His progress and exposure to new things, environments, and animals would need to continue in his new home. Very trainable and food motivated!

These pups are in Lebanon, Oregon too!

Story
COTTAGE GROVE, OREGON: PET HOME ONLY Please review Bosco's bio before reaching out. Bosco is a 4-year-old neutered male Anatolian Shepherd in need of a new home as a pet. He was originally raised as a livestock guardian and is trustworthy with livestock and poultry. However, he has no interest in guarding animals. Bosco is easy-going and has a very steady temperament. Although he has not lived full-time indoors, he adapts well to indoor environments and clearly desires to be part of a family. Please note that he is not guaranteed to be fully house-trained due to limited indoor living, but he exhibits good house manners when indoors. Bosco is good with children, non-dominant dogs, visitors, and cats when properly introduced. He is not a nuisance barker, only alerting when necessary. If he were to escape from fencing due to boredom or lack of interaction, he would seek people and attention rather than roam or run off. Therefore, he requires a home where he will be included and engaged. Bosco is good on a leash and enjoys going for walks. He is currently being worked with daily on basic commands and is progressing well. However, he will require continued training. He rides okay in vehicles but does not find it enjoyable. Bosco is current on vaccines and microchipped. We are seeking a responsible and committed home for Bosco. An application, references, and phone conversation are required. We prefer in-state adoptions, but out-of-state adoptions will be considered for the right home. Please message for more details about Bosco's temperament, history, and compatibility.
