She’s very undersocialized and nervous with new people, so she’ll need a patient, experienced home that’s ready to help her grow and build confidence. With the right person by her side, Emi has so much love to give. 💛 A few things about her: • Very shy and cautious with strangers—she takes time to warm up and will need multiple visits to build trust • A total Velcro dog once she feels safe—she loves being close to her person 🐾 • Food motivated and eager to learn, which will be a huge help with training • Still learning leash skills and life skills as she gains confidence • Can be reactive on leash and will need a dedicated owner committed to continued training • Sweet, sensitive girl who bonds deeply with her people • Medium shedding and a large, powerful breed that needs an experienced household Emi may take a little extra time and patience, but for the right person, she will be an incredibly loyal and loving companion. Liberty is a 9 year old spayed female cane corso who weighs about 115 pounds. She was rescued as part of a humane case in 2020 and she is finally ready to find a home of her own! Liberty is a volunteer favorite and we have spoiled her rotten while she has waited for her court case to settle. She previously lived with other dogs, but due to being by herself over the years, we would prefer that she is the only pet in the home. Liberty is easy going, house trained, walks well on a leash and will be a wonderful addition.
