True to her name, Queen carries herself with a gentle, graceful presence. She may be a bit timid at first, taking her time to sniff around and get comfortable, but she’s always polite and patient. While she doesn’t immediately seek attention, she allows all handling with ease and will quietly stand by your side, taking in the world around her. With a little time and encouragement, Queen starts to show her sweet personality—offering soft nub wags and even seeking affection once she feels safe. She perks up when toys are around and enjoys gentle engagement. This quiet, kind-hearted girl is looking for a loving home where she can truly blossom. Could you be the one to help her shine? Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Queen at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or email foster@acctphilly.org to express interest in fostering. Behavior notes: 02/20/2025 staff notes: KENNEL PRESENTATION: Queen was standing by the front of her kennel and looked up with soft eyes, ears back and was patient for leashing. She came right out once secured. LEASH SKILLS: Pulls moderately Housebroken HANDLING : In the room Queen was very calm and timid. She had neutral body language, soft wide eyes and sniffed around. After exploring she would come over and stand by us. She allowed all handling and was very tolerant, but did not lean in much or solicit. She showed interest in treats, but would not take any when offered. After some play time with the toys she began to loosen up more with nub wags and would solicit from both of us. PLAY: No interest TOYS: Released willingly, perked up with toys

Liberty is a 9 year old spayed female cane corso who weighs about 115 pounds. She was rescued as part of a humane case in 2020 and she is finally ready to find a home of her own! Liberty is a volunteer favorite and we have spoiled her rotten while she has waited for her court case to settle. She previously lived with other dogs, but due to being by herself over the years, we would prefer that she is the only pet in the home. Liberty is easy going, house trained, walks well on a leash and will be a wonderful addition. Saia was acquired from a New Jersey Breeder back in 2023. She’s currently 2 1/2yrs and full of life. New home definitely have to be able to fulfill the need of being snuggled by her. She’s a Velcro dog for the most part just need time and affection. Unfortunately due to unforeseen health issues with parents are making it impossible to keep her. Happy, loving, and well trained is what she is and loving home would be a perfect fit for her.
