Story
Meet Molly, a shining star who embodies the spirit of a puppy! 🌟 With her boundless energy and youthful enthusiasm, she's a breath of fresh air. And the best part? She's already mastered the basics, like sitting and being impeccably house trained. This sweet girl has been socialized to perfection, thriving in the company of other dogs and living for playtime. At around six or seven years young, Molly's finally experiencing the life she deserves, free from her past as a breeding dog. Now, she's savoring every moment, indulging in her favorite foods and basking in the love of her people. ❤️ 📍Currently fostered in Mt. Rainier, MD

Story
Bella's journey is a testament to the power of resilience! 🌟 From a rough start to a blooming beauty, she's thriving in her foster home. 🏠 This energetic pup loves playing fetch and has mastered commands like "drop it", and “crate”. Due to her past traumas, she will need an understanding family to help her continue to grow as she is still weary of strangers. Foster mom doesn’t have kids, but Bella would probably do best with older kids as she doesn’t know her own size and is learning to keep all 4 on the floor. Can you be the family Bella needs to thrive?

Story
Meet Cantaloupe — yes, you read that right! His name may sound like a fruit salad ingredient, but this big handsome Cane Corso is just as sweet as his namesake. 🍈💛 A certified volunteer favorite, Cantaloupe is an absolute dreamboat. He’s part of the loose-leash club, walking beautifully beside you like a gentleman. He’s also very food-motivated, which means training will be smooth, fun, and full of happy tail wags. Cantaloupe's gentle, affectionate personality shines through in every moment. This boy is kind, polite, eager to please, and so soulful it’ll melt your heart. He did fine meeting other dogs on leash so may be ok in the home with slow introductions to other calm dogs. Last we heard, he wasn’t a fan of playgroup, so it might just depend on the dog/situation. Sweet, charming, and ready to ripen into the best companion ever — Cantaloupe is truly a special one. There’s bound to be a line for this boy… so don’t wait.

Story
Meet Lagatha—though her friends call her Aggie! At just 1.5 years old, this beautiful Cane Corso is full of life, love, and personality. Like many young dogs, Aggie is still learning her boundaries and will thrive with someone experienced in the breed who can provide clear, consistent guidance to help her become her best self. Aggie is a big, stunning girl with an even bigger heart. She loves hard, plays hard, and brings a lot of energy to the table—so an active home that can keep up with her is a must. Because of her size and enthusiasm, a home without small children is recommended. She walks well on leash, gets along with cats, and is always curious—especially when food is involved (she’s pretty sure she deserves a taste of everything!). Aggie is smart, eager to please, and will make an incredibly loyal companion for the right person. If you’re looking for a devoted, fun-loving dog and have experience with strong, intelligent breeds, Aggie might just be your perfect match.

Story
🐾 Meet Misty: The "Angel Dog" with a Gourmet Taste! 🐾 Sweet • Quiet • Playful • Foodie Hi there! I’m Misty, a breathtakingly beautiful and gentle girl who is looking for a forever home to fill with love. I may be small, but I have a huge heart (and a very big appetite!). My Personality I am the definition of an "angel dog." Overall, I am very quiet, sweet, and calm. I listen well and absolutely love being wherever my people are. I’m a bit shy when I first meet new people, but I warm up quickly and love being pet and snuggled. I still have some fear in me as I get used to the world, but I am learning that houses, toys, and playing in the snow are actually wonderful! My Ideal Day Morning: Getting very excited when I see my human is awake! Afternoon: Taking great walks on the leash (I’m small, so I don't pull!). Evening: Playing and running around with my person, followed by cuddling on the couch. Best Time: Coming back from school to see my favorite human! What I’m Looking For I’m looking for a patient, loving family that will help me continue to come out of my shell. If you have treats, a cozy spot for me to lounge, and someone who loves to be followed around by a loyal shadow, I might be the perfect fit for you! Everyone who meets me falls in love with me instantly. Could you be the one to take me home?
