Story
🐾 Meet Ribeye 🐾This 1-year-old brindle Cane Corso has clearly had a rough start in life—but you’d never know it once he lets you in. Ribeye is learning what love, patience, and safety feel like, and he’s making progress every day. He can be a little timid at first and may submissively pee when he sees a leash, but his foster has been working with him and he’s already improving. What he needs most is someone who understands that trust takes time—and is willing to give him that space to grow. Once Ribeye warms up, his true personality shines through. He is a total attention seeker and loves being close to his person. He’s also the zoomie king 👑 and would absolutely love a yard where he can run, stretch his legs, and show off his full-speed happiness. Because Ribeye loves his people so much, he prefers not to share the spotlight with other dogs and would do best as the only pet in the home. For the same reason, we’re recommending a home without small children, so his space and boundaries are respected. Ribeye is a sensitive soul with so much love to give—he just needs the right person to see him for who he is and help him continue to heal. 💙📍 📩 Apply to give Ribeye the second chance he deserves.

Story
Meet Angel — a big, beautiful girl with an equally beautiful heart. Formerly known as Shenzi, she was surrendered back to her breeder, and when no one wanted a “used dog,” rescue stepped in to give her the fresh start she deserves. Angel is powerful yet incredibly sweet and gentle, with the softest expression — which is exactly how she earned her new name. She quickly bonded with her foster dad and has become a total velcro dog. She also fit right in with the resident pack and can usually be found snuggled up beside them. She gets a little excited at the start of walks but settles nicely and is nonreactive around other dogs. Angel does have some separation anxiety and can be vocal, but she is making steady progress with consistency and patience. We would love to find Angel her forever home soon… mostly because we’re pretty sure her foster family is dangerously close to foster failing, and then their pack may be too full to help future fosters in need.

Story
Jellybean was found tied to a fence at one of our local shelters. He is learning to trust again and can be easily won over with peanut butter. With that being said, Jellybean has one disclaimer "There must be an endless supply of PB or he will not allow you to adopt him. No negations." Jellybean is laid back, great with kids, dogs, cats, chickens. He plays gently and shows no aggression. He also listens well. What a gem!

Story
Bella's journey is a testament to the power of resilience! 🌟 From a rough start to a blooming beauty, she's thriving in her foster home. 🏠 This energetic pup loves playing fetch and has mastered commands like "drop it", and “crate”. Due to her past traumas, she will need an understanding family to help her continue to grow as she is still weary of strangers. Foster mom doesn’t have kids, but Bella would probably do best with older kids as she doesn’t know her own size and is learning to keep all 4 on the floor. Can you be the family Bella needs to thrive?

Story
Meet Swirly Girl—now known as Belle 💛 At 4 years old, this stunning Formentino Cane Corso is the definition of loyalty and quiet strength. Belle is what we lovingly call a “velcro Corso”—where you go, she goes. Your shadow, your comfort, your constant companion. Belle does best with calm, respectful dogs who match her easygoing energy. She’s not looking for chaos—just a peaceful home where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. She does have a unique little feature: a jaw deformity that her vet believes she was born with. The good news? It doesn’t slow her down one bit—she eats just fine and lives her life like any other dog. If anything, it just makes her even more special. And let’s talk about her signature move—Belle has the BEST nub wags in town. That little tail gets going and her whole body joins in—it’s impossible not to smile. Belle is the kind of dog who bonds deeply and loves hard. She’s not flashy—she’s soulful. The kind of presence that fills a home in the best, quietest way. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side through it all, Belle might just be your girl.
