Steel is a 7-month-old Cane Corso who is truly a gentle giant. He has a calm and laid-back temperament, not overly energetic, and can be a bit anxious at times. He is very sweet-natured and does well in a quiet, stable environment where he feels safe and comfortable. He is crate trained and good with kids, making him a loving companion for a family. Story
🐾 Meet Ribeye 🐾This 1-year-old brindle Cane Corso has clearly had a rough start in life—but you’d never know it once he lets you in. Ribeye is learning what love, patience, and safety feel like, and he’s making progress every day. He can be a little timid at first and may submissively pee when he sees a leash, but his foster has been working with him and he’s already improving. What he needs most is someone who understands that trust takes time—and is willing to give him that space to grow. Once Ribeye warms up, his true personality shines through. He is a total attention seeker and loves being close to his person. He’s also the zoomie king 👑 and would absolutely love a yard where he can run, stretch his legs, and show off his full-speed happiness. Because Ribeye loves his people so much, he prefers not to share the spotlight with other dogs and would do best as the only pet in the home. For the same reason, we’re recommending a home without small children, so his space and boundaries are respected. Ribeye is a sensitive soul with so much love to give—he just needs the right person to see him for who he is and help him continue to heal. 💙📍 📩 Apply to give Ribeye the second chance he deserves.

Story
Bella's journey is a testament to the power of resilience! 🌟 From a rough start to a blooming beauty, she's thriving in her foster home. 🏠 This energetic pup loves playing fetch and has mastered commands like "drop it", and “crate”. Due to her past traumas, she will need an understanding family to help her continue to grow as she is still weary of strangers. Foster mom doesn’t have kids, but Bella would probably do best with older kids as she doesn’t know her own size and is learning to keep all 4 on the floor. Can you be the family Bella needs to thrive?

Story
Meet Cantaloupe — yes, you read that right! His name may sound like a fruit salad ingredient, but this big handsome Cane Corso is just as sweet as his namesake. 🍈💛 A certified volunteer favorite, Cantaloupe is an absolute dreamboat. He’s part of the loose-leash club, walking beautifully beside you like a gentleman. He’s also very food-motivated, which means training will be smooth, fun, and full of happy tail wags. Cantaloupe's gentle, affectionate personality shines through in every moment. This boy is kind, polite, eager to please, and so soulful it’ll melt your heart. He did fine meeting other dogs on leash so may be ok in the home with slow introductions to other calm dogs. Last we heard, he wasn’t a fan of playgroup, so it might just depend on the dog/situation. Sweet, charming, and ready to ripen into the best companion ever — Cantaloupe is truly a special one. There’s bound to be a line for this boy… so don’t wait.

Story
Meet Lagatha—though her friends call her Aggie! At just 1.5 years old, this beautiful Cane Corso is full of life, love, and personality. Like many young dogs, Aggie is still learning her boundaries and will thrive with someone experienced in the breed who can provide clear, consistent guidance to help her become her best self. Aggie is a big, stunning girl with an even bigger heart. She loves hard, plays hard, and brings a lot of energy to the table—so an active home that can keep up with her is a must. Because of her size and enthusiasm, a home without small children is recommended. She walks well on leash, gets along with cats, and is always curious—especially when food is involved (she’s pretty sure she deserves a taste of everything!). Aggie is smart, eager to please, and will make an incredibly loyal companion for the right person. If you’re looking for a devoted, fun-loving dog and have experience with strong, intelligent breeds, Aggie might just be your perfect match.

Story
Osage is an energetic and playful dog. He has been with us since he was a puppy. We are looking for a new home for him because we have not been able to train him well enough around our 3 young children and are having difficulty spending the time with him that he needs to get exercise and enjoyment in life. He does fine with an adult but has some anxiety issues and can lash out and nip/bite in certain situations. He is a bit too jumpy and over excited when meeting people and he means well but can be a bit tough to calm down around people. All that said he would make a great dog for someone who has the time and experience to work on a few behavioral issues. He is well crate trained, he is mostly house trained (I don't leave him unattended for more than a few minutes) but can spend hours in the house when the kids aren't around. He knows some basic commands sit, lay down, shake, and stay (somewhat).
