Passersby often mistook his size for aggression, but a kind shelter employee saw the plea for help in his gaze. They named him Rumble, a name that belied his quiet, timid nature.Rumble`s time at the shelter was difficult; his size and sad demeanor meant potential adopters often overlooked him. He would sit in the back of his kennel, head tilted exactly as in this picture, watching the world go by with a heartbreaking mix of confusion and hope.Today, Rumble is a happy, healthy, and beloved member out shelter. The scared dog from the alley is gone, replaced by a loyal, loving companion who reminds everyone that every dog deserves a second chance at a happy life.

What I’m really looking for is someone who understands that love doesn’t always look like wagging tails and instant cuddles. Sometimes it looks like quiet companionship, small steps, and celebrating little victories—like when I come a bit closer on my own, or rest near you because I feel safe.FOSTER REASON: I have some skin wounds that are being treated and I need to gain weight too. When I feel better, I can have my big girl surgery (spay).
