My mom brought home "Rhett" when he was only several weeks old and he has lived inside with her for most of his life. He's very attached to her and always wants her attention. Unfortunately she is experiencing some financial hardship and has to move from her 3 bedroom home in Gerber to an apartment in Red Bluff and won't be able to take him with her... She started letting him outside a few months ago when she was still living there with him and he did good sticking around. He had plenty of room to roam about the back patio, backyard and pool deck with plenty of distance from the one road and very little traffic. He would come in and out all the time, sleeping inside with her most nights, up until about the last month when she started living in Red Bluff. Since then he's been outside 100% of the time completely alone, only seeing us 1-2 times a week when we are there to finish up moving but we're concerned he will run off in the days we're gone and something tragic happens to him.......
