Story
Rocket is a sweet, playful little boy kitten that is ready for his forever home! Rocket is friendly, uses the littler box, and is ready to take on the world! He is both playful and snuggly. It is a great mix! His favorite things to do are cuddle, eat and explore! It is so fun to watch him as he gets to know the world. Rocket and his three siblings were found with their mama in a shop. Mama does not seem to have ever been a housecat, but she takes good care of her babies! I decided to foster the family until the kittens are old enough for adoption. Rocket has been around my housecats and does very well, but has not yet had any exposure to dogs. If you are looking for a absolutely fantastic kitten to add to your family, Rocket just might be the one you have been waiting for!

Story
We adopted this beautiful girl from a friend who could no longer keep her due to moving/landlord issues. She is so sweet, a girl with a big personality! She will meow for pets, loves to cuddle, and will pur up a storm! She plays fetch (really, she will bring the toy back and drop it for you) and loves to relax. She is social and great with humans but also generally chill and keeps to herself most of the day. She has acclimated well to my female cats but my male cat and her have not been able to acclimate. We don’t think it’s fair to our little guy that he be uncomfortable in his home so we have decided rehoming is the best plan. This girl would do best in a home with other female cats or as an only cat (: She is litter box trained, microchipped, spayed, and has her first round of shots.

Story
Cute and cuddly Kimi is a special girl looking for a special home. She is very sweet and loved to be petted and brushed, and she gets along well with other cats and the well-behaved dogs in her foster home. She was rescued from a hoarding situation and has lost one of her eyes and all of her teeth.  Kimi is also diabetic, she takes daily insulin shots, which she doesnt mind at all.  We will provide the insulin, needles and any testing supplies that are needed for this sweet girl.  She is really a treasure and deserves a home of her own.  The vet does not expect her to have any long-term medical issues and if additional vet care is needed, the Cat House on the Kings will cover the costs of having our vet take care of it if needed. (Out of town adopters would have to bring her back if you want this care.)  She is an independent girl who is so sweet and wants nothing more than to sit in your lap. (Note: cats without teeth prefer wet/canned food, but can also manage smaller pieces of kibble.) Kimi is listed as Special Needs because of her missing eye and teeth and is diabetic. The Cat House is prepared to provide future vet care (locally, from our vet) if anything serious develops with Kimi. We offer this because we don't want concerns about costs of care to keep her from finding a wonderful home! Please note: Kimi is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on her appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies. Kimi is a Special Needs cat.More information & application [ts=1714460584&src=aap]

Story
Mattie is a very sweet and beautiful girl, she started life in a hoarding situation with a double eye infection that ruined her beautiful eyes.  She has limited vision but can still get around great, she loves to play with her toys and chase the mouse and dixie cups. She can climb the cat trees, get on the couch and pretty much do everything a normal cat can do. She gets along great with other cats and dogs and does require another cat as an companion, she would get very lonely without another cats friend, she was raised with lots of other cats & dogs in her household and feels best in a house with other loving cats. Mattie is a talker and will call you when she is looking for you or talk to her toys. Mattie was very sick when she first came to us and needed several weeks of medial care, during this time she would only eat Friskies Pate non fish, now that she is recovered she will still only eat Fiskies Pate non Fish and needs to be fed three times a day. Her foster mom feeds her morning, dinner and second dinner before she goes to bed.  She will not eat dry food.  She also drinks a lot of water, we suspect there was a shortage of fresh water where she was living.  We have done blood work recently and it all looks great now and we are hoping that she has a long life ahead of her.  If she has additional medical needs and you are local we are happy to get her into our vet at our cost. Please note: Mattie is shown as a Siamese Mix based solely on her appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies. Story
Marvelous, mellow Moon has a musical meow and a sweet rumbly purr. She was rescued with her kittens (she was a great mom) and is now ready to be pampered and loved. She's quite playful and will enjoy maklng toys out of bottlecaps, Q-Tips and anything she can bat under the fridge. She's a lovable lap cat and seems to get along fine with other cats. She deserves a wonderful home of her own where she can play to her heart's content, enjoy a soft bed, and brighten your life! More information & application [ts=1714460584&src=aap]
