She loves her people deeply and is the kind of loyal companion who just wants to belong to someone. She’s friendly with other cats, but she’d also be perfectly happy being your one and only. Edie is clean, well behaved, and an all-around easy girl to have at home. Edie does have mild feline hyperesthesia, which makes her back a little sensitive, so she prefers her cuddles on her head and belly. She also takes an inexpensive daily medication to help with some anxious feelings, and she does wonderfully on it. She may need someone willing to understand a couple of little quirks, but in return, Edie has a whole lot of love to give. She’s just waiting for the person who chooses her for good. Ellie is here to challenge everything you thought you knew about orange cats. First of all, she’s a girl! A somewhat rare find in the ginger cat world. Second, she seems to have been born without the infamous orange-cat chaos gene. No crimes. No parkour. No questionable decisions. Ellie is an old soul in a little orange body. She is ridiculously sweet and believes every person she meets is an old friend she simply hasn’t seen in a while. And yes, we mean everyone. Friends, strangers… Ellie does not believe in stranger danger. Her only known vices are catnip, very soft blankets, and pillows…because apparently sleeping without proper neck support is for animals, and Ellie considers herself people. Basically, she’s orange on the outside and retired grandma on the inside (although she is only 1!)

After surviving a horrific animal attack on the streets, Tajin made the most beautiful recovery with us and is finally ready to find a home of her own. She is low energy, gentle, dog friendly, cat friendly, and loves affection… but in the softest way possible. Almost like she’s asking permission before coming close. For now, you can still tell life has not always been kind to her. But every single day, Tajin shows us she is ready to trust again. She makes tremendous progress constantly, seeks out affection more and more, and does not mind being picked up or handled. It feels like watching a little piece of her heart come back to life. What she needs now is a truly pure-hearted human. Someone patient, gentle, and understanding. Someone who sees healing not as a burden, but as something beautiful to be part of.
