After surviving a horrific animal attack on the streets, Tajin made the most beautiful recovery with us and is finally ready to find a home of her own. She is low energy, gentle, dog friendly, cat friendly, and loves affection… but in the softest way possible. Almost like she’s asking permission before coming close. For now, you can still tell life has not always been kind to her. But every single day, Tajin shows us she is ready to trust again. She makes tremendous progress constantly, seeks out affection more and more, and does not mind being picked up or handled. It feels like watching a little piece of her heart come back to life. Ellie is here to challenge everything you thought you knew about orange cats. First of all, she’s a girl! A somewhat rare find in the ginger cat world. Second, she seems to have been born without the infamous orange-cat chaos gene. No crimes. No parkour. No questionable decisions. Ellie is an old soul in a little orange body. She is ridiculously sweet and believes every person she meets is an old friend she simply hasn’t seen in a while. And yes, we mean everyone. Friends, strangers… Ellie does not believe in stranger danger. Her only known vices are catnip, very soft blankets, and pillows…because apparently sleeping without proper neck support is for animals, and Ellie considers herself people.
