Ava is an 8 year old female who has been living in her current home since she was a kitten. Her mom has been diagnosed with leukemia and has a poor prognosis so her cats need to find new homes. Ava is 100% healthy, even recently had a dental cleaning! Ava is very shy when she first meets you and will take time to adjust after the loss of the only mom she's ever known . We are looking for someone who understands the amount of time it will take for Ava to adjust .  Someone who will give her the time to come out of her shell and be the normal, sweet cat she is. She would do best with no young children. Is there anyone willing to give a chance to a wonderful cat who will have gone through the trauma of losing her mom and the only home she's known for 8 years? She is located in Plantation FL. Ronnie & Clyde (bonded siblings) This dynamic duo is the definition of bonded pair. Ronnie & Clyde are siblings, and the absolute best friends! These two were rescued at about 6 months old from living outside in a well cared for colony. Both have been inside (foster home) since November and are friendly yet still shy of new people. The little girl Ronnie has a huge personality tucked into a tiny frame. She is quiet and gentle (a little more reserved than her brother) yet loves to play and is a fantastic huntress. Clyde is tall and lean and is a bit more outgoing than his sister. He is certainly the lover in the group. His favorite thing is belly rubs, although he can be a bit nervous of being close to your face. Both are young, healthy and really the most amazing cats. This pair will need a patient home with understanding caretakers to help them continue to adjust to their new lives inside. Small spaces, slow introductions. No small children. Other young cats likely ok - no large/active dogs. MUST BE ADOPTED TOGETHER! Buddy is 5 1/2 years old and a healthy, happy boy.   He is a very special cat as he is extremely cuddly, loving, and friendly. Happiest laying in your lap giving head butts and purring. Buddy will also greet you at the door asking to be petted and loved on very much like a dog would. It is certain Buddy will need some time at first to adjust and he will likely act scared. We feel Buddy would be fantastic as an only cat, or with cats that are calm and relaxed. No young children. He is truly one of the most loving cats I've ever known. I always say "if I was a kangaroo, he'd be in my pocket". Meet Jack! He is somewhere between 1-2 years old and was found outside starving and injured. Jack at one time must have had 2 broken legs and appears to have been suffering outside alone while his bones healed. While his injuries have healed, he still walks with a limp. That said, this by no means stops him from running, jumping or having a long healthy life. Jack is a lap cat, super friendly and affectionate. He just wants to be with a person, and snuggle to show his love and appreciation . Jack also loves to give kisses!   He is an active cat and n eeds to be the  only cat in the home.
