Meet Albert Einstein! My litter mates and I were found abandoned together when we were only two months old - cold, hungry, underweight and in desperate need of medical care. My siblings Isaac Newton and Rachel Carson healed quickly - we all had severe eye infections and were actually brought to Saving Sage for a medical foster home! My sister and I had a longer course of healing and have recently seen an animal ophthalmologist. She was so kind and said despite a small area of the left third eyelid not moving I can see perfectly, don’t need glasses (yeah!) and should never have any further problems! When I get tired, I do close my eyelid a bit or my eye waters. I love the big cats that live here and sleep with a big beautiful panther buddy. I don’t mind the dog or the teenagers at all. I am active but a bit shy and quiet - my sister Jane Goodall is working with me on that. When we need rest, we get some Cat TV - YES! If you are looking for a snuggle buddy (or two - I love my sister Jane Goodall), look no further - here I am! All kittens under 4 months old must be adopted in pairs unless the adopter already has another cat at home.
