Story
Kitten was found about a month ago outside. I took her into the vet, did bloodwork and vaccines. She is doing great, but I cannot keep her. I have an older cat that is diabetic that I need to tend to financially. She does have an appointment on June 30 to be spayed at the Humane Society. She has had her first set of vaccines. Love to play and cuddle. She comes with bowls, toys, and a cat tree

Story
My husband and I adopted Momo (9 years old) with her sister from the Jacksonville Humane Society in 2017. She’s very sweet and cuddly but she no longer gets along with her sister, Mika, and doesn’t like my husband. Mika has been guarding the litter boxes and food bowls and stressing Momo out to the point where she’s been acting out. Momo will be an absolute cuddle bug and a joy to have in your home provided you don’t have any other pets or kids. She only has experience with my nieces and nephew terrorizing her and her sister is the only other cat she’s been around without getting into physical fights. We tried to adopt an orange baby boy several years ago and Momo terrorized him. He’s now happily living with his grandparents where he can run around outside and chase birds and bugs to his hearts content. She really is sweet, but my husband and I can’t handle the behavioral issues any longer and would be so happy to find a good home for her to thrive in.

Story
Kiwi is about 9 years old and i belive she would thrive in an only “child”(cat) household. she loves attention, cuddling and pets. She comes from a family member who cared for kiwi her entire life, he wanted to surrender her because he wanted a new dog. She was not happy in that household and since she has been in mine i got her up to date on all her shots and heart worm/ flea prevention. she seems to be happy. I should mention that she is mediocre with other cats. At first she hated my cat, evan, but she eventually wasn’t scared anymore and now they tolerate eachother. i think they would both rather be by themselves. therefore kiwi can tolerate other cats but she would be happier by herself. she loves to play and she is very smart, can be sneaky but what cat can’t. I, unfortunately, cannot give her all the attention she needs so i would say she needs an attentive care taker

Story
Pepe is a sweet boy kitty who struggles sharing his owner’s attention with other animals. We rescued him in Maine in 2023, and have tried for 3 years now to keep him peaceful and happy with our other cats. It is sadly just not working out. He needs to go to a home where he is the center of attention and he will thrive. Lays in your lap, purrs, cuddles, doesn’t hide from you all the time. Just can’t get along with other animals.

Story
I need to find a home for may adorable cat Jax. He likes to stay outside most of the time, he sits down to wait for food and if you give him a delicious treat he will give you five.He is a calm cat , however very talk when inside the house. He was found in my shed with his sisters. He was fix yet and he is about 3 years old.Jax is kids friendly but likes his own space. He likes to stay close of the family.I would like a kind person to take care of him and a yard space for his adventures.Financial help is available to assist the family adopting him.

Story
My wife and I took in Kila as a kitten after my mom couldn’t care for her anymore. We’ve had her for 6 years but now have a baby on the way and had to turn Kila’s room (where we keep her litterpan and food secured from our dogs) into a nursery. Our two dogs keep getting into her food and litterpan now and we are short on space to keep those items. Kila gets along great with dogs and will even snuggle up against them if they let her. She also enjoys laying on a warm body, playing with toys and string, and she goes crazy for catnip. My wife and I aren’t really “cat people” so we hope Kila can go to a home that loves her and plays with her as she deserves. We will provide all cat accessories, including litterpans, cat carrier, automatic feeder, food, cat scratch post, etc.
