Story
Meet Torvi, a 5-year-old dilute calico who might just be the cuddliest "head warmer" you’ll ever meet. Every night, Torvi curls up by her human’s pillow and sleeps across your head like a fuzzy nightcap, purring you to sleep. This gentle girl is a professional cuddler – she’ll wrap you in love and make sure you never feel alone. Torvi was found wandering all by herself but already spayed, which tells us she once had a family who, sadly, may have abandoned her. Despite that rough start, Torvi’s spirit remains as warm as her snuggles. She’s been patiently waiting nearly a year in foster care with no adoption applications yet, but we know her perfect person is out there. Torvi does have a chronic feline herpesvirus (a kitty cold virus) that causes her to occasionally get the sniffles and squint one of her pretty green eyes. Think of it as her cute little “wink” and an occasional sneeze – it doesn’t slow her down one bit! In fact, feline herpes is very common in cats and quite manageable with a little extra care (many cats have it and live long, happy lives). Torvi takes her condition in stride; she just might need a cozy blanket and your lap when she’s having the occasional sneezy day. She would do best as an only cat in the home (so she can keep all your attention and avoid sharing her germs) or possibly with a calm older kitten who wouldn’t mind her occasional sniffles. Torvi isn’t contagious to people or dogs, and aside from her flare-ups, she’s as healthy and playful as any kitty – always ready to chase a feather or flop next to you on the couch. What truly makes Torvi special is her loving heart. She will greet you with soft purrs and gentle head-butts, and her favorite place is right next to (or on top of) you. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will literally keep you warm at night and fill your days with quiet affection, Torvi might be your perfect match. The rescue is even offering a free vet exam for her within 10 days of adoption and will provide all of her medical records, so you’ll have full support in helping Torvi settle in. Please consider giving this sweet, “extra special” girl the home she’s been dreaming of – in return, she promises endless cuddles, comforting purrs, and a lifetime of love. Torvi can’t wait to meet you and finally find her forever lap! 💖

Story
Lightning is a 2-month-old tabby with a big personality packed into a tiny body. She’s precocious, playful, and sweet as can be, with boundless curiosity and a love for adventure. There’s rarely a dull moment when Lightning is around! This lively girl adores playtime — chasing lasers, batting balls across the room, and proudly carrying her fuzzy toys wherever she goes. She plays hard, especially with other kittens, and then settles in for some well-earned cuddles. Lightning would make a wonderful companion for a home looking for an active, fun-loving kitten who brings joy and endless entertainment. She would do best in a home with another playful kitten or a young, friendly cat to keep up with her energy. If you’re ready for a little spark of excitement in your life, Lightning is ready to light up your home! Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Story
Nacho Cheese is a confident, playful boy with a big personality and endless energy—especially when he’s romping around with his sister, Cool Ranch. He loves a good wrestle and can play a little rough at times, but it’s all part of his goofy, kitten charm. When playtime winds down, Nacho becomes very vocal about wanting cuddles and will happily seek out affection. He adores head scratches and has the cutest habit of doing a little “sucking” motion when making biscuits—something his foster has never seen before. Nacho is deeply bonded with Cool Ranch and clearly feels most at home when she’s by his side. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/

Story
Cool Ranch is a sweet, playful girl who keeps up effortlessly with her brother, Nacho Cheese. She loves chasing, wrestling, and exploring with him, and the two are often found curled up together after a long play session. Cool Ranch is very affectionate and will let you know—loudly—when she’s ready for cuddles. She melts for head scratches and purrs happily while making biscuits, complete with the same adorable little “sucking” habit she shares with Nacho. She takes comfort in her bond with her brother and would thrive in a home where they can continue growing up together. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/

Story
Donut is a high-energy, endlessly playful goofball with exactly zero brain cells—and that’s what makes him so lovable. He lives for playtime, especially cat teaser toys, and will happily destroy a feather toy in record time. Bell toys are his favorite, and if there’s food involved, he’s already there. When Donut finally runs out of steam, he loves curling up for a nap—especially on the couch, near the Christmas tree, or right next to his people when the weather is cold. He’s a total cuddle bug who enjoys belly rubs and being close. Donut would love to be adopted with his sister Eclair, who balances his wild energy perfectly. He brings the fun; she brings the calm. Together, they make the sweetest pair. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention.
