Story
Meet Buster, a sweet young tuxedo tomcat who has already been through so much in his short life. Rescued from the streets of Fort Lauderdale, poor Buster was suffering from a severe parasite infection and self-inflicted injuries so bad we couldn’t even share his “before” photos online. With proper care, love, and time in foster, this handsome boy has healed beautifully and revealed his true personality: calm, gentle, and endlessly grateful. Buster has tested positive for FIV, but that doesn’t stop him from being the mellowest, friendliest companion you could ask for. He wouldn’t hurt a fly and gets along with other easygoing cats. He has lived with Bonnie with the Boots since the day they were rescued, and the two are the best of friends. While Buster could join a quiet home with another calm cat, his dream home would be with Bonnie, his beloved sidekick. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate FELV/FIV testing, up-to-date vaccines, fecal testing, and monthly flea prevention. All pets are examined by a vet and out of state pets receive an additional certificate of veterinary inspection. Apply to adopt here: happy-whiskers.org/adopt-a-pet

Story
Meet Valencia 🌼 Valencia is another stunning buff/cream tabby with delicate stripes and a playful spark that keeps life interesting! She’s independent, energetic, and always on the move—whether she’s chasing toys or investigating every corner of the room. She has a confident, outgoing personality and brings a fun, lively energy wherever she goes. While she’s perfectly capable of entertaining herself, Valencia really shines when she has a sibling or playmate to wrestle, chase, and grow up with. Valencia is part of a rare trio of sisters, and we strongly encourage adopting her with one of her littermates—or into a home with another young cat—so she can continue to thrive. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/

Story
Onion Ring is a brown and white tabby boy with the cutest little white boots on his feet—you’ll fall in love the second you see him! This playful guy is full of personality and endless energy. He’s incredibly adventurous and curious, always the first to explore something new… and sometimes even the one driving the other kittens a little crazy with his antics! Despite all that energy, Onion Ring is also a total sweetheart. He’s outgoing, affectionate, and loves to cuddle once he’s had a good play session. Onion Ring was found with his two brothers, who have since been adopted together, so he would do best in a home with another young cat to keep him company and help burn off that playful energy. If you’re looking for a fun, social, and loving kitten to bring life into your home, Onion Ring is your guy! Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/

Story
Horton is the handsome grey tabby brother in this adorable trio, and just like his namesake, he’s a sweet, gentle boy with a big heart. He was rescued alongside his brothers, The Lorax and Sam-I-Am, and has grown up learning that life can be full of comfort, play, and love. Horton has a calm, easygoing nature balanced with the playful curiosity you’d expect from a kitten. He enjoys exploring his surroundings, playing with toys and his brothers, and then settling down nearby for a quiet moment once he’s tired out. He’s the kind of kitten who takes everything in stride and would make a wonderful companion in just about any home. Because Horton has always had his siblings by his side, he would thrive in a home with another young cat to keep him company. Kittens raised with companions are more confident, better socialized, and have a built-in playmate for life. Preference will be given to adopters interested in keeping littermates together or who already have a young, playful cat at home. Horton is ready to find a forever home where he can continue to grow into the sweet, loving cat he’s meant to be. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Taffy’s story starts with heartbreak—she was found dumped in a box with her four newborn kittens. Despite being scared and confused, she never let it change her sweet and loving nature. Taffy was clearly someone’s pet at one point, and she has held onto that affectionate, gentle personality ever since. She absolutely loves cuddling, being held like a baby, plush toys, brushes, and of course… butt-smackies. Taffy has been an incredible, devoted mom, but now that all of her babies have found homes, she’s the last one left waiting for her happily ever after. Taffy is also extra special—she is polydactyl on both her front AND hind paws, giving her four extra toes total, which is super rare! Because of this, her future adopter must be comfortable with regular nail trims (or have a groomer arranged) to make sure her nails stay healthy and don’t grow into her paw pads. She gets along fine with other cats but would also be perfectly happy living as a spoiled solo queen where she can soak up all the love and attention. Taffy deserves a home filled with snuggles, toys, and the care she has so selflessly given to others. Now it’s her turn. Our adoption fee includes: sterilization surgery, microchipping, deworming, age-appropriate testing, up-to-date vaccines, and monthly flea prevention. Apply today: https://happy-whiskers.org/adopt/
